"Then I guess you'll just have to save me and carry me back before that happens." He reached up for the sky, finally looking at her. "Just kidding, that's my job." Before she could protest, he swooped her up in his arms and began to carry her back to the castle.
"Ack! Hey put me down!" She said wiggling.
(Sorry its short)
"Struggle all you want, I'm not putting you down." When he finished he had an idea. "I'll put you down if you kiss my cheek." He knew she wouldn't, it would be too embarrassing for her. "You either let me carry you or kiss my cheek, your choice." He smirked down at her.
"Are all humans like this?" She asked going partly limp in his arms. "I hope the heat kills you first." Eve said boredly.
"Not all of us are like this. Maybe you can convince your dad to let you go up and you can pick a different human, since I'm obviously not good enough." He teased. And set her down when they were outside the castle. "Here you go." He opened the door for her.
"Oh such a gentleman all of sudden I see" Eve joked, "and I just might, you know, there might be someone out there less annoying."
"You won't have as much fun though." He walked in after her. Conner saw a maid walking down the hall and grabbed Eve's hand pulling her into a corner, to hide. "Want to hear a idea for a game I have." It was a small place and they were extremely close, though it didn't bother Conner.
"Oh, a game you say?" Eve arched an eyebrow. "I'm listening" she pressed herself as far back from Connor as she could. She didn't want to fall for him just yet.
"We have to go into every room of the castle without any one noticing us. And if one of us get caught the winner gets to tell the loser what to do all day tomorrow. What do you say?" He crossed his arms and looked down at her. This seemed like a challenge she would like.
"Hmm…I'm in. But let's add another twist, something the winner would actually want" She smirked and glared at Connor.
"What would that be?" Conner was extremely curious as to what that meant and he really wanted to know. He heard footsteps come down the hall again and stayed slight till they went away.
"The whole, if I win I get, what ever I want. One wish. What ever you'd like" she smirked. "And lets just say I have a plan as to what I want. And you'll find out after I win. You up for it?" She challenged.
"I'm a bit scared now.. but, I'll take the challenge." As soon as the person was gone he ran towards the nearest room. To prove he was there he took a piece of paper and a pen and wrote. I was here -Conner. then moved on.
She ran after him and did the same. Eve doged around some maids and other random demons among the house writing Eve was here on papers in all the rooms.
"How many rooms are in this place?" He dodge a few people making sure not to get caught.
(Sorry it so short, I'm just a bit busy.)
(Totally chill. Mine might get really short too. I'm a bit what we call sleep deprived and low on ideas)
Eve pressed herself into a corrnor to keep from being spotted, "over two hundred" she said. "And we're not even half done with the first floor" she darted to the next room.
"You've got to be kidding me!" He whispered shout. "This is going to take like a month." He squeezed into the corner with her so he wouldn't be seen.
(Ack sorry notebook wasn't telling me when I had messages again)
Eve ran into another room only to run face first into a maid. "Crud, sorry" she said as she pulled back. guess I lose she narrowed her eyes.
Conner walked out with a smug smile on his face. "Well, well." He crossed his arms. She had to do whatever he wanted tomorrow and he couldn't wait. "I have to start writting a list. Too bad you won't be able to do that thing that was on your mind."
Eve grumbled, "yeah well screw you too." She crossed her arms glaring at Connor. She didn't really have something in mind, she just wanted him to freak out. She'd have probably brought him somewhere with lots of bugs.
"I already have something in mind, it will have to wait for tomorrow though." He really will have to make a list. The look on her face right now was priceless. Conner was sure he was going to lose
She continued her glare. darn maid having to be there at the exact moment I was she grumbled more and headed to her room.
"Hey, come on it's not that bad." He chased after her. "Don't be a sore loser." He says that but, he's actually enjoying her reaction. It was funny and cute. "Let's find something else to do."
"For your information I am not a sore loser I'm just upset. I had something wonderful planed that I knew would freak you out!" She turned to look at him. He seemed to be enjoying her misery.
"You should tell me what it was going to be." He was curious as to what she was planning and if it really would freak him out. "I'll tell you if you tell me." His wasn't super horrible, but he thought she definitely wouldn't like it.
"Well you see, I was hoping you had a fear of bugs. So I was going to drop you off somewhere with a lot of bugs." She said proudly. "You are scared of bugs right?"
"Sorry, that's not really something I'm afraid of." Did she really think that? He is in hell and she thinks that bugs would scare him. He laughed a bit. "I'm going to make you cook all my meals tomorrow. Well, that and some more things I have thought of yet." Even if she was a horrible cook he was going to have her do it, it would only make it more enjoyable.
"I'm starting to bought my father is Satan. And starting to believe that you are" she did her mad puffed out cheeks and jumped at a puff of smoke "someone called?" Her father asked putting his hand of Connors shoulder.
Conner jumped and froze up. He hasn't seen Satan since the first day he came here. "Uh." Conner looked over at Eve, he wanted to stand a bit further away rather then have Satans hand on his shoulder.
(Sorry, I was at an eye appointment.)
(Oof, eye appointments. I hate those. Lol)
"Ah Connor! How are you enjoying your stay here in hell?" He asked, "win over my dear daughters heart yet?"
At that Eve rolled her eyes, "leave him alone, dad" the words Poision in her mouth. She'd never really had a good childhood thanks to the father figure in her life.
