"That would be a question for Eve, but I don't think so." I'm trying though. He's been trying really really hard, not really to get home anymore, but just for himself, since he fell for her. He would only tell her that if she fell for him though.
Satan gave Connor a pat on the shoulder, "ah well keep trying then." He gave a wave to Eve and dissapered once again in a puff of smoke.
"have you won my daughters heart yet?" Eve mocked laughing.
"Any time he is around, I get all tense." A breath of relief came from Conner when Satan left. "Have you ever thought about leaving?" Can demons disguise themselves because if they can, she could always go back with him. Conner felt that she would really like it there.
"Huh? Uh yeah. I used to go up to earth with my sister to visit my other sisters. My dad kinda had a lot of wife's back then." Eve gave him a weird look, "why do you ask?"
"I was just curious." He shrugged. "How many siblings do you have and do you have a brother, because all I've heard about were sisters." And Eve was the youngest right? So how old are her sisters? Conner kind of wanted to meet them, maybe they could help with the whole falling in love thing.
"I've got five sisters. Anne is the only one who lives here in hell. Two live on earth. One lives in the spirit world. Then one lives in between. And one brother. Father has been hunting him ever since he was born. I have no idea where he is." She shrugged.
"So, theres more places other then earth and hell? And exactly why is your brother being hunted down?" Conner had a lot of questions, but he will just stick with these two for now. If he wanted to know more he should wait for tomorrow when she can't refuse him.
"Cuz my brother is the only one who can kill him. And yes their are." She slanted her eyes at him, "why do you want to know anyway?"
"I was curious." Demon live suck. "This seems like it could be a book or movie." He would see it if it was. How long have they been standing in the hallway. "Do you want to hang out in my room or something?"
Eve raised an eyebrow, "as long as you don't try anything." She hadn't really been in his room before, Just the doorway really.
"I wouldn't dare try anything, I don't want to feel the wrath of Eve." He laughed and started down the hall. The room pretty much looked the as when he first got here. It's not like he had anything to decorate it with.
"Your room is…plain" she said sitting in a chair and looking around.
(Sorry its so short)
"There's nothing in hell to really decorate it with." He laughed as he sat on his bed. "You haven't been in here yet, have you?"
"No." She said shyly. "I don't really go into other rooms. I just look out my window all day…and-" she cut herself short. "I would live in my room if it had a min-fridge." She joked.
"That's not good for your health." He smiled and moved to the floor, since she seemed uncomfortable. "You can sit you know."
"Hm and who says I want to sit." She raised an eye brow. She did want to sit but also didn't. Strange what your own mind could do to you.
(Sorry notebook wasn't telling me, again, when I had texts)
"I just figured your legs would get tired." He shrugged. If she wanted to stand that was fine with him. "Have you ever heard of would you rather? It's a human game, i used to play it all the time with my friends." He was trying to find anything he could play with her and this seemed to be the best game at the moment or at least the only one he could think of.
"Another human game? Sounds fun. What's the catch?" She asked sitting excitedly. Eve never played any fun games with her sisters growing up, so she didn't know of any of these human games.
"There's not really a catch." He laughed at how excited she got. It was adorable. "So, you give the person two scenarios and they have to choose between them." Conner put his hand on his chin to think of a good one. "Like, would you rather eat the same meal for the rest of your life or never be able to walk again?"
"Eat the same meal for the rest of my life!" Eve exclaimed. "The food they make here is usually good anyway. So, it wouldn't matter much." She shrugged. "So…would you rather die everyday for eternity….or…go crazy and be able to never die?" She raised an eye brow.
"What the hell kind of questions are those? I didn't give you a hard one." He sighed a thought about it for a moment. Going crazy doesn't sound fun, but nither does dying every day. "I'll go with die every day. I would hate to go crazy." *I shouldn't expect a normal questions from a demon. "Okay, would you rather marry me or the guy that came before me." Conner thought he shouldn't make it so easy for her.
Eve thought of the guy before Connor, "hm, I don't know." The guy before wasn't to bad himself just…very very very annoying. "Can I pass?"
Conner was hoping she would answer, but.. "Fine you can pass. You only get three of those and now you're down to two." He waited to see what Eve would ask next. Although he was hoping it wouldn't all be bout death and torture.
"Hmm…lets see would you rather…have to kill someone you loved are watch someone else kill them?" She raised a challenging eye brow. come on pass it.
"Hm, interesting." He thought for a moment. "I'll have to pass. I would hate both." Watching some verses killing someone, both are really bad, especially if it's some one you love. "Would you rather be able to see 10 minutes into your own future or 10 minutes into the future of anyone but yourself?"
"Pass. This game is stupid" she stood. "Its late I'm going to bed." She left the room, but truth be told she didn't think the game was stupid. She just didn't like how it seemed like he was trying to get to know her.
"Well, then good night!" He yelled and got in bed himself. "What was that for? It was just a question." He sighed and kicked his shoes off. It's not like he was trying to upset her, it was just a random question that popped into his head. "Whatever. I'm going to sleep."
(Oof I forgot about this. Sorry!)
Eve sat on her bed and not before long she drifted to sleep.
In the morning the sun shone in her eyes waking her up, ugh I lost the stupid challenge yesterday…. she gronned not wanting to get up. She'd just wait till someone decided to test her patients by getting her up.
(Your good. I'm going to the lake though so I'm not sure how often I'll be answering.)
Conner was waiting for Eve to come knocking on his door but she didn't, he that was strange. "Hm, guess I'll go wake her up." Everytime someone passed he would greet them just to be kind. "Eve, wake up!" He knocked on her door.
