"It's okay. I'm still thankful. I get pretty cold sometimes." There was no doubt that without it she would be a block of ice. "I used to be able to take it, but after…" Her voice trailed off. Not the time for this. "I don't know just all the sudden I couldn't." That wasn't the truth, but it would do for now.
"If you don't want to talk about it, I understand, I mean you barely know me." Ty was very good actor and hiding things, so it's helped him be able to read people better. "Does Xavier know about whatever your hiding?" She should at least tell him if she hasn't.
"I mean," she looked down at her lap. "He knows a glimpse of it. I haven't told him everything. And it's not that I don't trust you, I just-" She shook her head. "I don't know."
"Well this is cool…" When the bell rang vash looked to blue, "huh…to detention then?" She asked blue and smiled. "I have a plan…" She mumbled. "Right! So where is this so called detention held?"
“I- Well, I don’t actually know,” Blue responded, but couldn’t keep his eyes off the markings on his arms. That stuff wasn’t supposed to happen in the real world, and it really freaked him out.
"Its hard to talk about?" Ty was naturally a very calm person and didn't get offended easily. So he wouldn't have minded if she said she didn't trust him. "It's fine, let's just change the subject." He couldn't wait to go home and finish his drawing.
"Then lets skip it." She said giving him a smile, "we can go find your friends instead" vash swung their hands back and forth and looked down to their arms. She'd heard rumors about this kinda stuff before but never believed it. "How strange" she mumbled. Even though this could mean things during class could be fun. She wouldn't be as bored anymore.
"Yeah." She knew she would have to tell Xavier at some point, but she wasn't sure when. "How on have you lived here?"
“I can’t just skip detention. I’ll get in worse trouble. I’m sure it’s in one of the rooms, maybe Mr. Harrison knows. Maybe he hosts detention, I think I did hear a kid talking about going there after school.” Blue posed the idea, butterflies in his stomach when she held his hand. He was completely different person from when they were on their date.
"I moved here my first year of elementary school." He was a completely different kid back then and not in the good way. "Actually, I hated Xavier when I first met him." It was a bit surprising to Ty, because he really hated him. He doesn't even remember how they became friends.
"Oh…alright. Then lets go" vash was fine with going still. She just kinda wanted to meet his friends. "Lead the way" she smiled at blue. She'd been to detention before, its not like this was her first time. Nor would it be her last. But one thing was sure, she always wanted to try something from the movies. Getting out of detention with out getting caught.
Kate laughed. "Really? Wow." They seemed so close, she wouldn't ever be able to see them distant at all.
"I was a troubled child back then. We moved here because I got kicked out of my old school." Ty didn't mind sharing his past with people, it's just no one ever asks. He was just known as Xavier's friend, that why he acts the way he does when he's out in public. Ty doesn't want to be in Xavier's shadow forever.

Blue headed for Mr. Harrison’s room, but found it closed and locked. He looked hopelessly at Vash, “I have no idea where I’m going.” Maybe I could go ask Xavier and Kate where detention was… There wouldn’t be harm in that…
"Yeah. I get it. I mean, the best I can get it. I wasn't always a good kid." The sky had darkened just a bit turning the sky into a deeper shade.
"Hey!" Xavier popped out of nowhere and walked over to Kate and Ty. "Thanks for giving her your jacket." Xavier removed it and put his own jacket around her. "You ready?" He smiled down at her. "Ty you're wearing your glasses? You haven't done that in a while." Its true he hadn't and he didn't know why he put them on. "You're too handsome." Xavier gave Ty a hug. "You shouldn't wear your glasses, all the girls will be after you. Well, they would be even without your glasses." Ty smiled and pushed Xavier off. "I already know that! No girl could resist this." Ty's charming smile cam out and a hand went through his hair. Ty went back to how he usually is.
Ty seemed to have more confidence when he was around Xavier. It might be fake, but she couldn't tell the difference. She smiled up at Xavier. "I am." Should i tell him later?…
"See you Ty." Ty nodded and turned to walk away and as he thought they were far enough away, he sat back down and looked at his drawing. "You ready for me to make an awesome meal?" Kate and Ty seemed to get along and it made Xavier happy. "Did you get to know Ty better?"
"You mean the meal you will fail to cook?" She laughed. "Yeah, we got to know each other pretty well."
"I won't fail." He nudged her, heading to the car. "Ty's a Great friend and just a good person in general. I want him to be happy." Xavier worried about Ty sometimes. Him and his fake act. Xavier sighed as he opened the door for Kate.
Kate stepped into the car and smiled at him as he closed the door. As he walked to the other side, the smile disappeared. "Does Xavier know?" Does he need to?
"Did Ty telling you about everything?" Xavier was a bit afraid he would be an outcast if anyone ever found out. Honestly, Xavier didn't even want Kate to know. The buckle clicked and he started the car.
Kate snapped back to reality. "What do you mean by everything? I don't think he did."
"Hm, I see." Xavier's face was serious, which was rare for him, since he was mostly smiles. "He was probably just a bit scared to tell someone. What did he tell you?" Xavier wanted to make sure he didn't say anything that Ty didn't. He shouldn't be the one to tell her anything.
"Well, he told me that he moved here because he got kicked out of his old school. He hated you at first. I think that's it." Kate was honestly worried, she'd never seen Xavier so serious. "Is something wrong?"
Xavier knew he couldn't say anything. If he did it could possibly ruin their friendship. "Was he his real self? Calm, not expressive, really neutral." Xavier knew everything and he would protect Ty with everything he had.
"I guess you could say that. He didn't seem as happy." Something was wrong. She thought about her secret. Is it something like that?…
"Yeah don't trust his happy side. Well, I mean you can trust him, he's a very good actor and can convince people that he's fine." She should know that much at least. "And yes he hated me very much back then." He laughed thinking about it. "I would like it if you got to know him more, he needs someone other then me to talk too." He looked over at Kate and smiled.
Blue headed for Mr. Harrison’s room, but found it closed and locked. He looked hopelessly at Vash, “I have no idea where I’m going.” Maybe I could go ask Xavier and Kate where detention was… There wouldn’t be harm in that…
"Its fine" she laughed. we could always skip she thought, "uh, so you've never been to detention before I take it?" Vash looked at blues hopeless look and felt bad. "I'm sure we could just ask someone"
Kate understood what he meant. She smiled back. "Okay." In the back of her mind, she still fought with herself. But does he really need to know?… She buckled herself in.
"He's like an adorable depressed puppy." Xavier laughed. "Okay, that's enough about Ty." Xavier turned on the lights and drove down the street. It was completely dark out. "I just have to go to the store and pick some stuff up then we can head home."
