Allen was tuning up his guitar. They managed to get that song on the set, and he was proud, to say the least.
Halo walks quietly down the streets, his white hair pulled back and he wore a simple grey hoodie with jeans and converse. He comes to the warehouse, slowly opening the door. He prayed to heaven or hell that he was in the right place.
He chatted causally with one of his band mates, laughing at a bad pun.
Halo enters, looking around with awe before focusing forward. He gulps softly, very nervous. Normally he never went to social gatherings, to much stress.
His friend checked the time. "5 minutes to showtime." Allen smiled, inner theater kid deciding to jump out. "Thank you 5."
He made his way to a corner close to the stage and makes himself comfortable.
He grabbed his guitar as they went on. "Hello my fellow rebels!"
Halo smiles, watching them onstage. He waves a little, watching the other.
He smiled when he saw him, starting to play and sing.
Halo listens to the music, shutting his eyes as he flows with the music.
He grinned, dancing around randomly during the instrumental.
Halo chuckles as he watches Allen, laughing a little.
Allen panted a but as they finished the song, running a hand through his hair. "Okay, so is it bad that I wrote this next one literally today oooooooorrrr…?"
Halo cheers and laughs, though it wasn't very loud due to his quiet voice.
They started the song, Allen singing loud as he could. "The clock is tickin’, The sand’s running low, Now we are runnin’, With our hopes in tow!"
Halo chuckles as he watches, leaning against the wall.
He screamed out the lyrics proudly, forgetting everything else existed.
Halo smiles enjoying how passionately Allen sang.
He through his head back on the last note, catching his breath after.
Halo claps loudly, smiling as he watches the other.
"if any of you thought sex was intense… you have never been on stage." He said breathlessly. "Then again, I probably should stop procrastinating sleep."
The crowd laughs at that and Halo chuckles softly. He slowly begins to make his way past the crowd and into the cool night air, breathing in. That was more people than he could handle, but a wonderful performance.
He played and sang through the rest of the set, songs and commentary-although faint-could still be heard outside. Honestly, it was sheer luck that no one filed a noise complaint.
Halo relaxes, leaning against the wall as he listens to the music. Maybe he should head home… after all, he had never liked loud gatherings, he just wasn't made for it.
"Goodnight everyone!" He said happily, waving as they finished their set.
Halo smiles, "Good night Allen." he replies quietly before starting to walk.
He bid goodbye to his band-mates, packing up his guitar and running to catch the bus.
Halo hums as he walks, tying his hair back then plugging his head phones in.
He sat down at the bus stop, waiting.
