Indigo mimicked the officer, only after knocking him out with a quick blow to the back of his head. That body certainly had some power in it. She said into the receiver, "No signs of him in this area. He must've run out of town."
All she could do was keep them away.
Kaitlin nodded, “A-Alright then…” She was over joyed, she could finally leave this hell hole even if it was for a little while.
Brooke and Kaitlin started walking to the doors when the officers stopped them. "Ms Towers is not permitted to leave," One of them said.
"My father was Dr West-Phillips."
"He has been dead for 4 years ma'am."
Brooke dropped Kaitlin's hand as her anger took over. "I know that! I watched him and the rest of my family die! Now let us through!"
"Ye-yes ma'am."
Axel heard a the mans voice say something oddand poked his head out
Orion seems happy that Lata is calming down, and gives a rather happy wriggle when he notices it. "You could stay with me if you want? It's just a couple boxes, but I can steal enough for us to eat! Am I being too forward? Sorry. I don't see much company." In all honesty the man seems rather lonely, and seems excited to have someone to talk to.
Nibbling on her lower lip, she didn't know how safe she felt simply hiding in a couple of boxes. Orion seemed a bit self doubtful and giddy all at once. She wanted to accept but felt she needed more information before giving the man her full trust.
"It's… alright. Just one question. How in the hell are we going to hide from all those officers hunting magic users such as myself, hm?"
Axel heard a female voice and poked his head out
(Her voice would match his.)
(I need to go to bed. Sorry y'all, it's a school night!)

Indigo spotted the boy's head. She wondered how weird it was to see to of them. She gave him a small courteous wave. The order seemed to have worked.
“Are you a rebel?” He asked
"Sort of?" Indigo responded looking at her open locket. Maybe she should relax for a bit, "I'm just trying not to get caught."
"Alright Cuppy, I'm going back up." Maybe I could steal a few blankets and pillows. "Please just be careful." He frowned. "Ash you're in charge." Ashe was the nexted oldest. She had multiple personalities and could split her body to make more of her. It came in handy when we needed a distraction, as long as the main body was fine it didn't matter what happened to the rest. Kenzi flashed Cuppy a smile before climbing the ladder and out into a dark alleyway. She liked it because she could cloak herself within the darkness. When she was out in the sun it was a bit harder. Looking around the corner, she was no threats just normal people.

“I’m Axel.” He said climbing out of the box
Kenzi ran down the streets trying to find any food or clothing, anything that could help for her underground family. Too bad my powers don't help with pickpocketing. She sighed, searching down alleyways. One alley had a two blankets that she stole. "Sorry, whoever's blankets these are."
The sound of Conners boots was all he could hear. He would be sent out soon, with his new team. He hoped they were ready, because if they messed up, Conner would get the blame. Watching many people with abilities walk down these halls, it reminds him of when he was in training. Tbey don't know how good they have it here, they were a part of something bigger then themselves. "Open." Conner said to two guards standing outside the door. Pushing the giant metal door open he saw his team practicing. "We will be heading out soon so be ready." There have been many sightings of abilities around.
(Do people with abilities have a certain name that people call them?)

Brooke took a few deep breaths and glared as they walked past the officers.
As they left the building, Kaitlin said, “A-Are we going to go back? After finding the girl?”
"I hope not. There's too many reminders of my family there. And you can't last much longer."
“I-I could…” It was a lie and Kaitlin knew it, she even slightly winced when the words left her mouth.
"No, you couldn't. You can barely stand one proper interrogation."
“I’ve told them, they don’t listen.” She muttered.
"Make them listen if we go back."
"Neither am I. I said if."
"No, it's fine. I understand."
Kaitlin nodded. At this point they were nearing the cars and Kaitlin swallowed, “I hope you can drive because I can’t.”

Orion dips his head in acknowledgement of her concerns, and his eyes dim. "We hide, and if worse comes to worse…" Trailing off, he lowers his gaze. "Then we fight. For survival and freedom." Pausing for a moment, his tone of voice drops. "You should know that blood can make me snap. I like it. A lot."
Kaitlin nodded. At this point they were nearing the cars and Kaitlin swallowed, “I hope you can drive because I can’t.”
"Yes, I can drive," Brooke replied, leading Kaitlin to a small, orange-red car. "This is my car. I've had it since I was……..17. They couldn't stop me from bringing it with me."
