"The hose can. The arrow simply is a…last hope. You need to guard them." She handed the boxes to Lucas.

(Thanks I found it on google lol)
"Alright…" Lucas accepted the boxes, which piled up to his chin easily. He was determined to not let them fall.
“It doesn’t mean it disappears!” Harley retorted, balancing himself on a pole, walking precariously.
“How do you know?” She asked pointing “you can’t tell if I have it on.”
Bahari smiled. "I know you will take care of them well." She watched him totter out of the cabin with the boxes.
Lucas took the boxes to his bunk. It was the lower one, of course, as he couldn't really reach the top one and he didn't trust ladders. He carefully placed the boxes underneath the bed and stood up again, trotting back out onto the deck to join the others.
Harley grinned and hung from the pole by his hands, “But I do! Also, imagine if it comes out of your shirt, then it’s plain for all to see!”
She stuck her tongue out at him
Harley scrunched his face and stuck his tongue out back. He climbed back up to the top of the pole and did a handstand. He walked up and down on the pole on his hands.
“I might push you.” She warned
What are they doing? Oh, well… I can try to be helpful anyways. Lucas found a fishing pole and sat by the side of the boat. He had always enjoyed fishing, although he'd never fished anywhere other than the little pond outside his house. He tossed out the line and waited patiently, singing softly to himself as he did so.
Sooner or later, something bit Lucas's line. He started trying to reel it in, but the fish was too big. He stood up and tugged on the line to no avail, getting dragged forward and almost over the edge of the ship. What do I do now?! I don't want to lose the rod… His heart pounded in his chest as he did the only thing he could do: he planted his feet, held tightly to the rod, and did his best not to topple overboard.
“I might push you.” She warned
“How could you? You’re nowhere near me!” Harley laughed, looking down at his sister.
“I don’t know.” She laughed “come on, did you pick a room?”
Simone gets up from her resting spot and sees the whole crew doing something. Cocco is right beside her watching her rise from her nap and acting like a guard dog.
"So what do we do now?" She asked no one in particular.
Bahari had spent a few minutes in her room, then came out to see activity on deck. Her guardian Lucas seemed to be having a bit of trouble with the fishing line. She ran over to him to help pull the fish up.
"Some of the fish are strong. It takes strong to get them."
Harley stood on his feet again and shook his head, “Nope, have you?”

“It shouldn’t be too long of a trip to the spirits’ island,” William said. He took out his timepiece, something he had only bought thanks to his high wages from fortune telling and a spirit speaking. It was two hours past midday.
Bahari finished helping Lucas heave up the fish and walked over to Simone and William. "What we find on island of spirits?" She asked. Some people thought her bad English made her sound weird, but others, who spoke Polynesian only, envied her.
“Spirits,” William replied simply, “They might be able to give us something to defend ourselves, something to use against the demon spirits.” William waved his hand, closing his timepiece and slipping it in his pocket.
Bahari nodded her head. Her grandma had spoke of such an island before, so even though she knew that William wasn't quite the mystic wizard he told them he was, he was right about this. "He is right." She told Simone, who looked skeptical.
"I don't know. What if thats not what we find and it's the exact opposite. So many things could happen." Simone said while looking down at her feet.
William smiled sadly, “But…” He trailed off. He could sense something, he just couldn’t tell what it was… at least from here. He closed his eyes.
"My grandma is descended from one of the great evil hunters of Polynesia. She will not be wrong. Now, in Maldives…" Bahari trailed off. "Things could go wrong there." A sad mood took over. "But we will not think about that - now."
William’s calm features turned harsh, but he kept his eyes closed. The air was crackling with messages for him to decipher. He didn’t dare open his eyes, focusing intently on trying to sort through it all.
"William? Are you-" Bahari was cut off.
Simone just stood there with growing confusion. She saw as the two's sentences were getting cut off.
(William cut himself off… kinda he more of trailed off)
William’s eyes shot open, slightly bloodshot, and he scramble for the ropes, “I’m going to meditate,” He started climbing up to the crow’s nest rapidly.
Bahari and Simone watched him go.
"He is good, but he is strange." The Polynesian noted.
William situated himself in the crows nest, and closed his eyes. The waves booed back and forth which was a nice constant, and he was very appreciative of the necklace he was wearing. It all helped him focus. Back, forth, back, forth, back, forth…
Tarrot… Cards…
William opened his eyes, feeling a sudden nausea coming over him. It felt like he was meditating for hours, but he knew it had only been a few, maybe ten, minutes. The spirits wanted the tarrot cards, they wanted to tell him something. He scrambled back down the ropes, clumsier this time as he dropped to the deck. He pulled out his deck of tarrot cards, “Get the crew to gather together,” He commanded quietly, sitting down in the middle of the ship.
Lucas leaned against the wall for a moment, gasping for breath before dragging the fish onto the main deck. It was a good thirty pounds, and he weighed only thirty three.
