Marcos mocked astonishment, keeping up the accent, “Have you not ever realized? I grew up as a lad in Britain, I’ve been British this whole time! I drink tea a lot and-“ Marcos could keep it up any longer and burst into a fit of laughter.

@Sugar-Lover

"Oh yes, I remember now, you always eat crumpets and scones." Justin laughed grabbing a fist full of cereal and pretzels and putting it into his mouth.

Marcos grabbed a few pretzels for himself and munched on them, looking over Justin’s shoulder, “What are you playing?” He held out a hand hold some Cheerios in front of Justin’s mouth while he looked at the computer.

@Sugar-Lover

“Mario,” Justin kept playing, until he ran into a turtle killing him. He slammed his computer closed and turned to face Marcos. “So,”

Deleted user

Marcos turned on his side so he could face Justin better, only half aware of their proximity, “So…?”

Deleted user

“Well,” Marcos titled his head to the side, “Tomorrow is our one year anniversary for getting the apartment, maybe we should get real food for dinner instead of cereal and pretzels. We could go to that restaurant down the street or something.” Marcos hoped he didn’t sound too excited. Sure he’d have to work around his activities, but he could probably make it work, as long as Hann didn’t give him too much trouble.

@Sugar-Lover

“Sure, I’d love too. Real food sounds good.” Justin stomach growled at the thought of food only to be interrupted by thoughts of having to fight Polaris.

Deleted user

Marcos smiled, but forced himself to not be too excited. It wasn’t a date, but they were still going out. Together. Marcos grabbed another pretzel and munched on it so he wouldn’t be smiling like an idiot, “That sounds great.” Marcos would just have to work around Hanns… Maybe he could go to a more secluded part of the city and hope he wouldn’t run into him? He’d have to take his chances…

@Sugar-Lover

“Do you know where you wanted to go?” Justin scooted closer, if that was even possible. He’d have make sure they chose a place on the edge of town.

Deleted user

“Hmm… Well there is Mikettes, that french restaurant,” But that one would be hard to get to… “We could go to Leonardo’s?” That one was closer to the edge of town, yet it was still nice enough and not too pricey.

@Sugar-Lover

Perfect, it’s on the edge of town. It’s almost like he knows what I’m thinking. “Leonardo's definitely. Their food is so good. And cheap enough for you to afford.” Justin put his hand up for a high five.

Deleted user

Marcos, being the dorky little guy he is, fist bumped Justin’s high five, “Turkey,” He stuck his tongue out at Justin playfully.

Deleted user

Marcos laughed, “Leonardo’s is going to be fun.”

(Want to maybe time skip to next day when they are their alter egos….?)

@Sugar-Lover

(Sure)

Hann was pacing around town waiting for Polaris start some sort of trouble. All he wanted to do was get over his fight for the day so he could peacefully enjoy his dinner with Marcos.

Polaris creeped down the alleyway quietly. He was going to rob the closest bank to Leonardo’s, a small enough crime that made Polaris hope Hanns what let go. He just wanted to shed his suit for tonight and go have a nice dinner. At least the bank would cover the bill. Polaris smiled cruelly and he came to the bank’s back entrance, looking at the lock. He used his telekinesis to slowly pick at it until he got the door open with a grin. One of the employees looked at him with shock as he barged in. He was about to call for help but Polaris pushed him against the wall with a crazed grin, “Cruel cruel world, isn’t it?”
Polaris slammed the man’s head against the wall, knocking him unconscious. But an alarm went off, he’d alerted the other employees. He rushed for the cash registers, yanking one open and grabbing handfuls of cash. He used his telekinesis to keep the tellers away.

@Sugar-Lover

Hann got an alert of a break in at the bank near Leonardo's. He used his super speed to get to the bank in no time. He could hear the alarm going off as he went inside. Once inside he could see Polaris grabbing handfuls of cash, holding all of the employees back. He ran up behind Polaris and punched him in the back of the head hoping to knock him out, trying to shorten today’s fight. He didn’t want any cuts or bruises tonight in any noticeable places that he would have to explain.

Deleted user

Polaris tumbled forward with narrowed eyes, but made sure to hold onto the cash, “You! It’s always you!” Polaris cursed filthily, “Just one day, I just want one day without your shenanigans!” Polaris threw the cash register at Hanns with his mind, sprinting for the door. Just as long as Hanns didn’t cut up his face or hands, Marcos could wear long sleeves and pants and Justin wouldn’t even know.

@Sugar-Lover

The cash register hit Justin on the corner of his forehead causing it to bleed. “Me and my shenanigans? They’ your shenanigans.” Hann shouted back, using his super speed to beat Polaris to the door.

Marcos snarled, “Just let me through, just for today,” He pouted as used his telekinesis to break the glass of the windows and distract Hanns. It was a good enough distraction as he jumped out of the now broken window, but he got tons of tiny cuts on his hands. Marcos sent the bank’s canopy to come crashing down on top of Hanns.

@Sugar-Lover

Hann felt the canopy come crashing down on him, bringing him with it. He decided to let Polaris go, just today, so that he wouldn’t have to many more cuts to explain. It was bad enough as it is right now, with his forehead.

Marcos made it a few blocks down before turning down an alley. He waited just to double check Hanns wasn’t following him. On a normal day, he wouldn’t have ran, but just for today he needed to call it quits. He was supposed to be at the restaurant in ten minutes. He shed his his suit like a second skin and hid it in a bag and dropped it in the alley. He counted up the fist full of cash he was holding. It was a good day’s work. He slid the money into his wallet and looked over his hands, picking out the small pieces of glass. What was he going to tell Justin? He’d figure it out when he got there. Marcos made his way to the restaurant and stood just outside the door, waiting for Justin. He put his hands behind his back.

@Sugar-Lover

Justin got up from under the canobie, trying not to hurt himself anymore. He used his super speed to go back to their apartment, knowing that he wouldn’t be there. He went into his closet unsure of how casual he should or shouldn’t be. He went with black jeans and a dress shirt trying to go for both. He could tell he smelled bad so he put on a fresh layer of deodorant and some colon. He grabbed his wallet and a jacket as he ran out the door. He got to the restaurant in no time, deciding to walk the last block so that Marcos wouldn’t see his powers. When he turned the block he saw Marcos waiting just outside the door with his hands behind his back.

“Justin!” Marcos beamed when he saw Justin walking up. Marcos looked him over. He was dressed nicely, but his head- Marcos immediately went up to Justin and grabbed his head, “What happened? Are you okay?” Marcos inspected the cut, it didn’t look too bad but it looked recent enough. Marcos looked at Justin with wide panicked eyes.

@Sugar-Lover

Crap. I forgot to cover the cut. “It’s nothing, I just hit my head on the sink counter top. I slipped when I got out of the shower this morning.” Justin removed Marcos' hands from his head, but as he removed them he noticed something. “What happened to your hands? They’re cover in cuts.” Justin returned the look of panic.

Marcos scrambled for an explanation, then figured the best lie was mixed with some truth, “I fell down in a pile of glass on my way here. I wasn’t looking where I was going, and I tripped and fell near the bank. Someone told me it got robbed and someone shatter the windows, can you believe it?” Marcos did his best to make to make a shocked expression, and he thought he did well enough.

@Sugar-Lover

Justin tried to act surprised at the bank statement. “Why would someone rob a bank? What we’re you doing near the bank? I know the bank is near here but it’s not in the way from our apartment. Well at least you’re ok. We should head into the restaurant to eat.” Justin took Marcos’ hand and kissed the palm. “All better?”

Deleted user

“Yeah,” Marcos smiled, “I was going to go to the bakery near the bake and pick up something sweet for later, but I forgot it closed early today.” The explanation was slightly rushed, but the story made enough sense. Marcos grabbed Justin’s hand and tugged him gently into the restaurant. The waitress was waiting for them, Marcos had gotten a reservation, and she seated them in a more secluded, yet still beautiful, part of the restaurant.

@Sugar-Lover

“Am I not sweet enough?” Justin pouted as he was tugged into the restaurant. After the waitress seated them and gave them their menus Justin stared at Marcos, talking note of his every move.
