“Who are you?” He asked
“Who are you?” He asked
"Oh my gosh, I'm sorry, I thought you were someone else." Ash shrugged with a laugh. "So you hate that thing just as much as I do, huh?" She gestured to the ferris wheel
"No, its fine." He took her hand and helped her the rest of the way out. His heart was beating so hard it felt as if it was going to burst. "Let's go meet up with the other." Not letting go of her hand her led her off to find everyone else. This would be the perfect time, to make it just the two of us, that might make her uncomfortable though.
Vash jumped off as soon as the small door to there box opened. She almost crumpled to the ground she was so excited to get off. "What a ride" she laughed.
As he took her hand, her heart flew. He didn't let go, nor did she want him to. She held onto to it, not too tight. But she held on. They walked side by side to look for the others. Beep beep. It was her phone. She took her phone out of her back pocket with her other hand, not daring to let go knowing she might not get it back. She had a message. "It's from Beth. She said her and Ty got tired of waiting so they went to the cotton candy cart." She put her phone back and looked up at Xavier. His two different colored eyes lit up with the ride's lights. "I honestly have no idea where that is. It might be on the West side of the park."
They were already head that way, when Xavier stopped and started taking her the other direction. "I think we should leave them be." He only used that as an excuse to stay with her a bit longer. Ty would understand, plus he liked Beth so he would probably appreciate it. They walked by the Farris wheel once again, but he took her down a little path he saw earlier. "I think this may be some secret path." It was narrow and he had to push some branches out of the way, he was hoping whatever was at the end would be worth it though.
Kate didn't object as he lead her through the path. She'd never seen it before, which was strange because she was always exploring every nook and cranny. Her heart pounded as they seemed to be walking away from the park with the only lights still being the rides a little ways away. "I've never seen it before." There didn't seem to be any noise coming from what seemed to be the end.
“What a ride,” Blue affirmed with a laugh as well, “It was really nice meeting you, Vash.” Blue still found it hard to believe they just met.
"Yeah, I-" she was cut off by the sound of her phone. Looking down at it she noticed it was almost past curfu, "I-" she didn't want to go, not yet. "Hey so where'd your friends go?"
Blue looked around, then saw Kate and Xavier walking and holding hands, “Over there, but looks like they’re a little busy. They must’ve enjoyed the Ferris wheel,” Blue laughed, but then his eyes drifted back to Vash and it faded elegantly to a fond smile.
It was a small pond, with a bench to sit on. Flowers bloomed around ot and little light was here from the amusement park. "Some definitely comes here to take care of this spot." Maybe not the path to the spot itself. He led Kate to the bench and sat down. There was no noise, accept for some crickets. "This is nice."

"Oh yeah, I mean they're probably gonna go make out now," vash laughed and looked back at blue instantly feeling like life long friends again, "so your tattoo! Can I see it?" She asked hopefully most people looked down on them but vash really liked them. Plus she had never met anyone her age with one before.
"It really is." She looked at Xavier. "Today has been so much fun." She resisted the urge to lay her head on his shoulder and looked to the pond.

“Sure,” Blue said as he held out his hand to Vash, the swirls of ink something to marvel at.
"Wow" she breathed out in amazement. Vash reached out to trace one for the swirls but quickly pulled her hand back "ah, sorry." She laughed it off.
“No, it’s fine,” Blue said, and without even thinking he reached out and grabbed her hand. She had soft, gentle hands that Blue loved instantly. Blue didn’t even know what he was doing, and he was about to pull away.
Vash almost pulled back but then stopped her self and decided to joke around instead "nice hands" she almost snorted trying to hold in her laughter.
"Yeah it really has been." Except for getting lectured by his teacher, other then that it's been amazing. The water was beautiful, she was beautiful, this whole day has been amazing. He squeezed her hand just a bit more. He didn't want it to end, because if it did he was afraid he would never get to spend time with her like this again.
Vash almost pulled back but then stopped her self and decided to joke around instead "nice hands" she almost snorted trying to hold in her laughter.
Blue titled his head to the side, his hand folding hers, “You have nice hands too.”
Heat rose to her cheeks making them a bright pink "t..thanks" she stammered.
Kate felt the squeeze on her hand and her entire body felt the rush of the butterflies in her stomach. She looked at him and smiled the widest she ever had, then looked away realizing she was smiling so hard. One thing about perfect days; they always have an end.
"Is there a curtain time you need to be home?" He didn't want to keep her put late and have her parents worry. What kind of a gentleman would he be then. "I could always walk you home. I mean only when you have to leave."
Heat rose to her cheeks making them a bright pink "t..thanks" she stammered.
Blue smiled, about to say something else, but his phone buzzed in his pocket. He looked at the text, then gave an apologetic look to Vash, “I have to get home.”
Kate stared at the ground. "I, um - I'm not. I can't really. I mean, I can't go home for another," she checked the time on her phone, "two hours. But I usually just go to, like, the library or something until it's time." She looked down at the ground. I shouldn't have said that. Crap.
Xavier eyes moved to hers and he rises an eyebrow in question. "Why?" This made him feel a bit worried, it's dark, why wont they let her go home? Shes a young girl who knows what might happen to her if she wanders out this late at night.

"Alright, cya" she said and began on her way home too. (I've gtg so night y'all!)

"I-" Hold your tongue. She looked away. "No reason. It's doesn't honestly matter." She let go of his hand and stood up. "I really do love this place," she said changing the topic.
He narrowed his eyes. This worries him, but he won't force her to talk. His hand felt cold when she let go. "Yeah, but.." He probably shouldn't say it, he didn't want to scare her away. "Yeah, it's very beautiful." He was looking at her and not the pond. She made this place look a whole lot better than it would've if he was alone.
Blue sadly parted and walked home alone, only to be greeted by his angry father. It would be one of those nights…
Glad he didn't ask more, she turned back to him. "I mean, look." She took his hand again and pulled him up. She lead him closer to the pond and let go again realizing how desperate she seemed. Pointing to the water she said, "Look at the water! It's so pure, it just reflects the park lights! It's beautiful." She looked back at him and smiled. Please don't let this moment end…
