Riseley saw River heading down the stairs, unable to help themselves, they followed her down

Once she was finished setting everything up for her cat, Brooke walked back out of her room. She walked across the deck to the railing and looked over, across the water.

By now, Josiah was biting his tongue until it bled trying not to scream. The pain had spread all through his torso and down to his thighs, and he still didn't know what it was. Rolling around on the floor and clutching his body, it took every bit of will in his body not to burst into tears or throw up because of the pain.

She went towards Cicadas office “I have a question.”

Cicada looked to her, "Yes?"

Riseley listened intently behind the door, this time remembering to discard their coat if anyone comes out

Zoe popped her head through the trap door. "Josiah, I brought you fo-." She was horrified by the sight of him rolling on the ground in pain. "Bloody hell are you ok?!"

Riseley heard Zoe scream and followed her voice to the crow's nest, putting on their coat.
"Zoe, are you OK?" they asked from below.

( She didn't scream, she yelled, theres a difference.)
"Yes I'm fine, now go away!" Zoe yelled down and threw her shoe at them.

They caught it their left hand.
"Well, if you say saw." they smirked and threw the shoe back up at her, hitting her on the shoulder, "By the way, that stinks"

Zoe caught the shoe and put it back on. "I Swear I will tell cap you eavesdropped on her if you don't go away!" She threatened.

"What are you talking about?" they asked innocently, blinking, "And please remember to wash your feet. I don't think your boyfriend would like it very much."
(Wait Zoe/Houston is a thing right?)

"Gods, why are you smelling my shoe?! You're smelling the sole of it and everyone knew that you eavesdropped." Zoe hollared before slamming the trapdoor shut.

"I wasn't smelling it," Riseley yelled, "It just stank so much."

Zoe didn't hear him as she put her plate down and moved closer to Josiah, trying to figure out what to do.

Riseley decided to go to the captain's cabin to inform her of the growing problem with people's body odour. They knocked on Cicada's door

She went towards Cicadas office “I have a question.”

Cicada looked to her, "Yes?"

“Mind if I use some of our provisions to make food for Aquarius?” She asked

“Permission granted. Make some for all three cats if you would,” Cicada heard the knocks, “Come in.”

“Of course.” She nodded and went into the kitchen

Riseley walked inside gracefully, "I have a complaint, cap" they said, "Some people's body odour here is unacceptable. you should make a policy that everyone should shower at least once every week"

“How do you expect me to enforce that?” Cicada groaned, “Request denied on the pure fact that it isn’t possible.”

"Well, at least give a speech or something," they said seriously, "You have a nose too, you know."

“Yes, but I think your just being a baby at the moment. I’ll give one at breakfast if it clears your mind.”

"Or, you know, tell them not to take their shoes off." they winked, "Where are we going next?"

“Pearl,” Cicada replied, “It’ll be difficult with the ongoing skirmish between them and Jade. But we can manage.”

"To do what? Burn down another town would not be a good idea."

“No, and that won’t happen again. We’re stopping there for diplomatic reasons that I am not to disclose with you.”
