((Yeah but I'm not sure what))
((Yeah but I'm not sure what))
//me neither lol
((Maybe he finds a letter, so he looks for her to see what it's about? Idk))
//idk either
But that could work
Like she dropped it in the library? And he finds it whilst shelving books? And then he catches up to her and ummm idk after that
((Maybe it's for him?))
//sure
Gean watch him retreat, leaning against the bus stop sign thingy. "Weird…"
James walked back into the library, immediately resuming shelving books. He was about to slip one back into its appropriate shelf when he noticed a slip of paper sticking out of it. Weird.
She checker her phone. Where's the bus? Metro north, I swear…
James pulled the piece of paper out, assuming it was a leftover bookmark or something, and put it in his back pocket. I’ll look at that later.
She sighed, cracking the book back open to pass the time.
James completely forgot about the paper as he went about his day. It never reoccurred to him that he’d found it.
The bus finally came, and she hopped on to get home. Hope my roommate's not there…
//time skip? I have had an idea
((Sure!))
//kewl
James had changed into his pjs and was currently doing a load of laundry. He tossed his jeans in to the washing machine, not checking the pockets beforehand.
//I was thinking that he could find the letter after he’s washed it and have there be no damage to the letter
((yES???))
Gean sighed as she collapsed on her bed. Her roommate was home. With her boyfriend. "Fuuuuuuuuuck…" She groaned, rolling onto her side so she could cover her ears
//sadness and despair
James pulled the clothes out of the dryer, walking hack to his room to fold them. He noticed that the pocket of his pair of jeans was bulging. “What the…” He pulled out the crumpled letter. “Well, shoot.” But when he un-crumpled it, it was as good as new.
She smirked suddenly, grabbing her violin and standing outside her roommate's door.
James read through the letter.
//what should it say
((Ummmm…

//got it
The letter gave no details besides a time and date. It read,
Dear Sir,
We offer you an interesting opportunity. Please be at the New York Public Library on (Month) 15th, (Year), at 3:00, promptly. Ask for Sierra Wilson.
Thank You,
The Library
“Tomorrow?” James asked aloud. “Ookay then.”
She grinned as she started playing loud horror movie music, before darting back to her room and laughing.
