"You're very welcome, love." He tightened his grip on his hands.
"You're very welcome, love." He tightened his grip on his hands.
"What do you want to do now?" Vien asked, shifting his hands a bit so he could rub circles on the palms of Vin's hands
"I don't know." Vin smiled as Ruby trotted into the living room, yawning.
"Well, I think Ruby's got the right idea," Vien chuckled, gesturing to the dog as she yawned
"Yeah, I suppose she does, huh?"
Vien reached for his glass, finishing it off before standing. He stretched for a moment, yawning faintly before taking Vin's hand and beginning to wander towards the bed
Vin rose and followed him with a slight smile, abandoning the dishes on the table.
Vien tugged him onto the bed, flipping back the covers and crawling inside
Vin rolled his eyes and relaxed into the sheets and pillow with a gentle sigh.
Vien rolled onto his side, wrapping his arms around Vin. He pressed his face into the crook of Vin's neck, letting his eyes fall shut happily
Vin wrapped his arms around him too and started to stroke Vien's back the best he could, slowly drifting off to slumber. He hadn't realized how tired he was until just then.
Vien drifted off quickly, smiling happily as he did so
It's the next morning, and Vin woke up early, his alarm buzzing annoyingly.
Vien bolted awake at the sound of the alarm, the loud noise startling him. He looked around until he found the source of the noise, which he quickly shut up with magic
"Ugh sorry… My stupid alarm always goes off at random times… I wonder why it was today, though…" He stretched over to check it.
Vien shrugged before laying back down. He scowled at his hand, which was currently twitching faintly without his wanting it to
"Oh, I have to take my medicine. I hate that stuff…" He turned off the alarm and set his phone back down. He laid back into the bed and embraced Vien again.
"Medicine?" Vien asked, his tiredness keeping him from being able to decide whether or not that was a good question to ask
"Yeah. Depression and stuff." He snuggled back into him.
"Well, look at that. We grow more alike the longer we're tog-gether," Vien mumbled, frowning a bit as he failed to keep from stuttering
"Sorry I startled you with that. I would've told you if I remembered." He rubbed his back in an attempt to calm him down.
"It's alright. Being jumpy is just one of the perks of being me," Vien chuckled
Vin chuckled too. "Then it's definitely one of my favorites."
"Well, you might enjoy when I become a stammering mess, but I don't," Vien huffed
"I do. You get all cute and frustrated with yourself."
"It's not my fault I was born with a condition that causes me to stutter like a broken piece of machinery," Vien said with a pout
"But I loove it. So cute." He laughed.
Vien turned his back to Vin with a "hmph," faking a frown as he stared at the wall
"Awwww, come on. You have to admit it's cute at times." He threw an arm around him.
"Ugh, if you think this is cute, you would have loved me when I was younger. My brother used to make fun of my stutter all the time," Vien huffed
