(gOD DAMN HOW MANY MENTAL ILLNESSES DOES THIS MAN HAVE???? xD I get all of them, though, no worries.)
Vin drove faster as a light flicked to green, and soon the arrived at Vin's home.
(he actually has a lot because of his traumatic childhood. so I'm not just randomly giving him mental illnesses lmao)
Vien stepped out of the car, making sure he had his pills with him before walking into the house. Once they were both inside he took Vin's arm gently, spinning him to face Vien before kissing him
(I know, I know. I was just thinking like DAMN i thought one of my OCs were bad. One has BPD and the other has Depression… maybe i'm just being a tad bit toooo… eaassy on themmm…. evil cackle)
Vin was shaking violently but he couldn't mistake the tang of blood he tasted.
"D-Did you bite your lip? None of this was your fault." Vin said quietly, feeling worse by the second.
(yeah. off the top of my head Vien has at this point in time anxiety, PTSD, tics, and depression if I remember correctly)
"Don't worry about me, I'm f-fine," Vien insisted gently. "Please, tell me what to do to help. I can't s-stand you hurting like this," he said softly, eyes wide with worry
"I-I just need my medicine and sleep. You-you need to calm down." He could still feel his hands shaking and he quietly hated it.
"Let's get you your medicine, okay?" Vien murmured softly, taking Vin's shaking hands in his. He rubbed circles on the backs of his hands in a soothing way, trying his best to help Vin feel better
Vin nodded and fought to control himself. You're being ridiculous. "I-I'm sorry this…"
"No, it's okay. You don't need to apologiz-ze," Vien insisted. "How about you sit down and I'll go find your meds, okay?"
"No, I'll get them." Vin felt glad his voice was smoothing out, but he still felt like bursting into tears.
"Okay," Vien said, his voice growing quieter. Why couldn't he do anything to help? He shouldn't be as useless as this. Useless was what got him his scars
"Ju-just sit down, and I'll be right back." Vin slowly let his hands go, despite not wanting to at all.
Vien's gaze fell to the floor. "Okay," he said again, voice barely audible this time. He reluctantly walked over to the couch, looking dejectedly at the floor as he sat down
Vin went to his room quickly and shut the door. He looked through his cabinet to find that he'd run out of the precious medicine. Before he could stop himself, he'd shouted loudly, "DAMMIT!"
Vien flinched at the sound of Vin yelling from the other room. He reached into his pockets, hands shaking and fingers twitching as he struggled to unscrew the caps
Vin stumbled from his room (he rammed his toe into the threshold of the bathroom), struggling to keep hold of himself.
"Vien…" He grabbed his lover desperately when he found him.
Vien jumped a bit at the touch, dropping half his pill bottles on the floor in the process. "Y-Yeah?" he asked softly
"I- wait, what we-were you doing?" He could feel himself shaking violently again and something yelled at him to go spend some time by himself; he ignored the voice.
"Trying to remember my pill d-dosages," Vien mumbled, suddenly feeling like he had done something wrong somehow
"Didn't you already take your medicine?" He ignored his other emotional urges and replaced it with his worry.
Vien shook his head, shrinking back a little as he did so. "I w-wanted to get back to your house so you could t-take your medicine."
"Okay. I'll get you some wh-water, okay?" He bent down and started to pick up the medicine. "Just, try to rel-relax, and you can take your medicine."
"You're still upset. W-What's wrong?" he asked, taking his medicine from Vin so he didn't have to do anything
"Nothing. I'll get you the water. Try to calm down." Vien, if he calms down, will help me calm down a little, I suppose.
"O-Okay," Vien mumbled, his voice barely audible now. He was upsetting Vin, and all he wanted to do was curl up and die somewhere
Vin went into the kitchen and got him water. He sat down next to him, wanting for Vien's touch, but didn't, in case it was unwanted in Vien's side.
Vien took the water from him shakily. He downed the pills, which appeared to be in high dosages. He swallowed the rest of the water before putting the pill bottles away
Vin wrapped his fingers together and zoned out, feeling lost and empty, trying not to cry, as well.
Vien took a deep breath, a hand running through his hair. "I'm sorry," he mumbled, feeling better enough to wrap an arm hesitantly around Vin
Vin mumbled, "It's okay." And leaned against Vien with a gentle, sad sigh. He wrapped his arms around Vien's waist and put his face into the crook of his neck, that terrible pressure in his nose and neck intensifying.
