and it literally took me a full minute to figure out how to open it

but there was this circle thing bridging the between the lid and the bottle and I thought it was a button that I had to push and…

get 10 hours of sleep a night (fun fact teens actually need closer to 10 hours, not the adult 8. your body needs rest and recuperation it's hard work growing up)
