Talk to your other friends. Don't cut them off. Reach out to them. I didn't reach out and I regret not doing so.
Find what makes you happy- your fav book, show, whatever. Mine is Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli. Binge what makes you happy. Find meaning in it.
Write your feelings. Scream your feelings. Just get all those words out of your head and onto paper or a screen or whatever.
Know that you are amazing. And you didn't deserve this. And you will get through this

I have cried and screamed and watched reruns of glee but I got the the part where Blaine cheats on Kurt with some random guy and Kurt is so hurt and destroyed that he wasn't good enough for Blaine and he's just so hurt so I had to stop for awhile. I love Blaine but he hurt my little gay flower, Kurt so.
