Jazza laughed, punching Vivian in the arm.
"Ha! Loser! Here, Nonno said you'd forget your lunch, so he made you one." He reached into his locker, grabbing his books and handing her a brown paper bag with the name 'Vivian' on the side. He slammed the door shut, and started walking down the hall to Homeroom.
"I'm not a loser…" she sulked, yet took the bag and walked alongside him. "How has he been lately, though? I haven't seen him recently."
"He's doing pretty good, he keeps asking about you though." He said, rolling his eyes, "He want's to know if we've 'started dating yet'."
He pushed through the crowd, waving to a group of his friends who where gathered around a locker.
"I swear, that old man is a fangirl at heart, what does he think this is, a Hallmark Christmas movie?"
"'Started dating'…" she echoed. "I-why would we do that? We're friends."
"That's what I keep telling him, but he won't listen." He sighed, walking through the door and into the English classroom, waving to the teacher as he sat down at an empty desk.
"What do we have first today? I swear, Mr. Gethen has it out for me, he gave me an F on my last math test."
Sitting next to him, Vivian gave a sheepish grin. "I… have no idea actually…"
"Or you're studying less. Jazza, have you not been paying attention?" she inquired, looking disappointed even though she herself hasn't been concentrating much lately.
"I try to study! I'm just really busy with football," He groaned, slipping down in his chair, " I have too much homework!" He complained, throwing his hands in the air.
"We all have too much homework…" she sighed.
"Yeah, Oh, can I copy your Science homework by any chance?" He asked, his cheeks turning red, "I kinda forgot mine.."
"Jazzy…" she clicked her tongue, but dug for her Science work nonetheless.
Finding it, she placed it on his lap.
He thanked her, taking out his own, and quickly copied her work, and once he finished, he wrote his name on the top of the page, and put it back, passing the paper back to her.
Vivian slipped hers in its previous spot, then slumped back in her chair.
"I'm doomed. I hardly slept last night…"
"You'll be fine." He said, nudging her with his elbow, "You can just skip math with me and the guys!"
"I've never skipped before…" she admitted. "What do you all do, anyways?"
"Usually just talk." He said with a shrug, he didn't really listen to half of the conversations he had with them, either too busy worrying about how much his grades where gonna go down, or thinking about what he would do the next time he saw Vivian.
A mischievous smile slowly found a way onto her face.
"We," she began. "Should prank them."
He smirked, jabbing her in the side gently, if that was even possible.
"Vivian, I like where your head's at girl." He joked, quickly standing up to check the schedule on the board when the bell rang.
"We have Gym, Science, and then History, so we have plenty of time to figure it out." He decided, grabbing her hand and basically dragging her through the hallway, and down the stairs all the way to the locker rooms.
"W-Woah!" She yelped as she was dragged along.
Once they were at their destination, Vivian wobbled as she tried to gain her balance.
"Heh. So, do you have anything that you would really like to do to them specifically? Maybe we can use the area to our advantage; where do you go?"
"Well, we usually just sit around behind the school." He said, shrugging his shoulders, "Oh, one of them has a huge crush on you, maybe we can use that against them as well!"
Vivian sputtered, red spreading across her cheeks.
"Wait wait, what? I hardly even interact with you're friends; why would one like me? Wait, who is it?"
"I don't know, he thinks you're hot." He said, shrugging, "That information I can't give you, Bro code."
He smirked, walking in the direction of the boys locker room.
"If you think of any way to use that to our advantage, just let me know."
"Maybe," she replied. "I'm not sure yet…"
Jazza nodded, waving to her as he disappeared into the locker room.
She waved back, then left as well in the direction the girls locker room, still thinking about the information. Being honest, it made her slightly uncomfortable. Shrugging it off for now, Vivian began to plot ideas for the prank.
Jazza quickly changed, walking into the gym, and started doing laps, his eyes glued to the girls locker room door while he waited.
One or two minutes later, Vivian arrived at the gym in the provided clothes. She waved to Jazza.
Jazza smiled, running over to Vivian.
"Did you think of anything?" He asked, extremely excited about this already.
