Jack nuzzled back. He was trying to reassure her.
Jack nuzzled back. He was trying to reassure her.
Paige breathed shaking onto his neck. "My Romeo…"
Jack whispered softly, "Yes my Juliet?"
"Dost thou truly love me in thine heart?" Paige asked intricately.
Jack laughed slightly, "Of course my Juliet. This heart belongst to thou."
Paige weaved her fingers through his hair and drew his lips to hers.
Jack finished it off by kissing her on the lips once more.
Paige dug her fingers through his hair and moaned ever so quietly.
Jack let out a slight moan. He pulled her closer to him.
Paige could feel him pressing tighter against her. He smothered her and every last thought of her mom dissolved.
Jack felt her body press against his. He tentatively put his tongue against her lips.
Oh gosh oh gosh oh gosh… Paige's stomach flipped and she opened her mouth wider.
Jack felt his lips curve upward as his tongue entered her mouth and entwined with hers.
(Guess what? I'm not dead anymore! Whoop!)
He gently kissed her again. "Everyone says to stay away from addictive substances, so they should probably keep me away from you."
(I'm so sorry for being gone! We had a tornado watch where I am and the power was out for hours)
Caire smiled. "Where would you like me to show you? I know my way around the school pretty well, and all the little hidden rooms and such."
"Hmm. I'd like to see these hidden rooms. Classes are boring and participating makes me almost have a panic attack so I think they'll be useful."
(Oh, are you okay?)
(Yeah we're aight. There wasn't a tornado or anything but it stormed pretty bad. It's still storming lol)
"Alright, follow me then." Caire stood up and walked to the door, glancing back to make sure that Brendan was following her out.
He quickly followed after her, wanting to get out of the public eye as fast as possible.
(But I have WiFi again so all is well)
"There's one place near the library that I like to go to. Most people think it's just a janitor's closet or something, but it's actually an abandoned classroom that everyone just sort of forgot about." Caire pushed open the door of the classroom.
Jack felt his lips curve upward as his tongue entered her mouth and entwined with hers.
Paige felt her heart spike. Terror was pumping through her veins and she didn't know why, but she buried it as best she could. Her tongue slipped around and poked into his mouth.
He chuckled a little. "Sounds like my kind of place. Let's go." He grabbed her hand so he wouldn't get separated.
Jack couldn't feel the terror in her veins, but rather her tongue. He wondered if this was too far. Maybe he should pull back..
The room was a bit dusty, and it had two large bookshelves on the far wall. There were still some old desks in it, and some doodles on the board. It seemed that Caire sometimes took to drawing on it. There was a shaded rose and a forest drawn on the board in quite a bit of detail; a few small deer even poked their heads around tree trunks and a rabbit hopped across the path.
He smiled at the board. So she was an artist too. He crossed to the board and picked up the chalk starting on a pathway through the trees and a few people. He stayed quiet while he worked, barely blinking as he focused. After a good 15 minutes, he stepped away, finally finished.
Caire watched in silence as Brendan drew. Strange… I've never really seen that many people in the forest at one time before. Unbeknownst to Brendan, that was actually the forest where Caire lived and had grown up in. As a wood elf, those trees held a lot of meaning for her. The deer were deer that she had actually met, as well as the rabbit. She had even added the tree stump in the far corner that she had seen many times. A human had cut down that tree years ago, and the elves honored its life for a long time. The forest was no small matter in the wood elves' minds.
Jack couldn't feel the terror in her veins, but rather her tongue. He wondered if this was too far. Maybe he should pull back..
Paige's heart beat quickly against his chest. Oh my gosh, calm down, you're freaking out…
Jack gently teased her tongue to check she was okay with this.
It wasn't many people, only two. But they were very intensely detailed. It was a habit of his. If there weren't many people, he would make the couple of people he was drawing finely detailed to make up for it.
"Do you recognize this place?" Caire said quietly after a while. "This forest? It is a real place, you know. Not just some random made up forest."
He nodded slowly. "I recognize it. Hell, I practically live in that forest. I've never seen anyone else in it though so I'm surprised that you could draw it so well."
