"Just pretend you never saw me and leave, now." Leon took out his throwing knife and pointed it at the boy, showing the boy he won't hesitate to use it.
"Just pretend you never saw me and leave, now." Leon took out his throwing knife and pointed it at the boy, showing the boy he won't hesitate to use it.
"You're hurt. I'm surprised you can stand up." he said. "You need medical attention!"
"No, I don't. Now can you leave?" He asked, with a hint of impatientness in his voice.
"This is a wizarding university. I don't think you'll get very far." he said. "You need rest." Jacob insisted.
"I don't need rest. I need to leave this place." After he gathered enough strength he stood up properly and runs away, trying to ignore the pain in his left leg but just ends up falling face first into the grass because his left leg doesn't want to cooperate, "And you, pretend you never saw this and leave me alone."
"Listen, your spine should have shattered from that fall. You're injured. Let me help you, and you can leave the moment you're healed up." he said, adding, "I promise."
"My spine is not shattered, it's because my left leg doesn't want to cooperate with me and fine." He rolled his eyes.
"You're incredibly arrogant."
"Thank you," He said sarcastically, "Now how do we get out of here?"
"Um, we don't? You don't at least. You're going to get medical attention first."
"Okay then, do whatever you need to do."
"Well, first you need to lie down." he said.
He quietly laid down on the grass, "Now what?"
"Not here you idiot."
"Then be more specific, what-ever-your-name-is."
"Ponder. Jacob Ponder. I mean on a bed, lying down. You need to rest."
"And the thing is I can't go to a bed since I can't walk properly." Leon said as he got up and leaned against the wall for support.
"I-I can help you." Jacob mumbled. "Come on, follow me." he said, letting Leon lean on him for support.
Leon leaned on Jacob but not too much since he didn't want to bother him and followed Jacob.
Jacob lead Leon through the hallway when they ran into someone. "Oh, sorry, I didn't see you two there!" a tall, gruff looking man said. "No, it's my fault Professor." Jacob muttered, trying to shuffle away. The man blocked the two. "And who's this?" the man asked. "Um…. he's a friend…" Jacob mumbled. "I really need to be going!" Jacob said as he walked off, dragging Leon along with him.
Leon looked away, trying to avoid eye contact with the man and followed Jacob.
Jacob lead him into a room with a bed in it, along with a strange looking machine that took up about half the space in the room. "Um, just lie down for now." he said, walking towards the door.
"Okay then." Leon somehow managed to get to the bed and laid down.
"I'll get something to help you with your leg, be back in a tick." he said, rushing off.
"Okay then." He sighed and looked at the ceiling, thinking over what just happened.
Jacob left the door unlocked. Technically. With wizards, the word "Technically" was in and of itself a technicality. He snuck into the potion making room and started to concoct a medicine that would hopefully work as a painkiller, or something along those lines.
Leon kept thinking of the reason he was here. He was here to kill the professor Jacob just talked to and the professor probably recognized him, I'm so dead. I'm not even going to survive this whole day if the professor recognized me.
Jacob scurried back, a jar of grey slime in hand. "Um, I got this for you. Sorry it took so long." he blushed, embarrassed.
Leon glanced at Jacob and got into a sitting position, "It's fine."
"Erm…. where does it hurt? Your leg, I mean."
