John lent against the door frame and motioned form them to sit, he crossed his arms but didn’t say anything.
“There’s been a… incident.” He said, remembering why they were here in the first place. “The Sontarans, they have been here before and tried to convert the planet into a breeding ground and they stupidly want to try again but this time, they have help…”
"Okay, second question. Why did you leave me here on Earth? I still have that piece of Cyberman stuck in my head, from when they tried to convert me. And now you just come strolling back on in like it's all fine and dandy, taking about Sontarans, wearing the infamous bow tie." Sherlock said angrily. (I just kinda want there to be a history with Sherlock and the Doctor and also, I always wondered why Sherlock was so detached and stuff so I thought that would be as good an explanation as any. If this is a stupid idea I'll change it, of course.)

“You can’t always get your own way Sherlock, that’s not how life works. Sometimes you just have to accept the bad things and go on with life.” He said, trying to remain calm.
"Once you've seen the universe, what people consider to be normal life is made boring. Even the cases I go on are boring. Seeing the universe was the best thing in my life, the thing that mattered most, and that was taken away from me. Don't you dare lecture me about how life works." Sherlock snapped. (Wait, what time period should this be set in? Pre Reichenbach would work, I have done some Wholock fanfiction about why The Fall really happened so I have ideas but idk?? Post The Final Problem? Idk?)

The Doctor stood, “I showed you the universe yes but you are needed here. I have lost more then you could ever know Sherlock so you can’t demand me to show you things, don’t tell me not to lecture you about life because I have lived, so much longer then you, seen things worse then you could ever imagine. I am allowed to lecture you because you do not understand EVERYTHING!”
"I'm not demanding anything other than a damn explanation!" Sherlock roared.
“For what?! Why I left you here? You aren’t ready to see the universe. Yes you are smart but the universe is to much for you Sherlock. Your arrogant mind can’t comprehend that. Why I came back? Because someone has to clean up all the mess left behind!”
"Oh, and it isn't too much for a simple, naive schoolteacher?" Sherlock asked, pointing to Clara. "Offense taken. I will have my revenge, cheekbones." Clara said.
The Doctor sighed and sat back down and rubbed his face, “She is not naive, Sherlock.”
“Alright, calm down everyone,” John said moving to stand between Sherlock, Clara and The Doctor, “Sherlock I’m sure The Doctor has his reasons for travelling with Clara and you have your explanation so SIT DOWN AND LISTEN!”
"Listen to what, John? As if you have anything useful to say, you never do." Sherlock snapped. Clara rolled her eyes. "Listen, I think Madam Vastra is right about men. You're all bloody stupid idiots who don't do anything except fight." she said, her voice carried a harsh tone of anger and disappointment.
“I’m inclined to agree with you Clara.” The Doctor said.
“Sherlock, The Doctor clearly said the Sontarans are going to invade earth again and we are going to help him, got it? You are going to get your head out your ass and listen to him and how we can help.”
"Oh, do shut up John. You barely even know the Doctor, much less what a Sontaran is." Sherlock said.
“Oh put your arrogance to one side. I don’t care if I barely know him, he is no different from a client right now. I don’t care what a Sontaran is but I don’t want my plant invaded.”
"Actually, everyone shut up. We know plenty about Sontarans, we won't have any problem driving them from the planet. Let's all try to get along, or else you'll all have to face my wrath. You won't like my wrath." Clara said.
“Yes, let’s listen to Clara.” The Doctor said.

(Kk, bye!) "He's only saying that because he doesn't want to face my wrath." Clara said.

"What? No, yes, maybe it doesn't matter, we have a bigger problem at hand." The Doctor said, leaning forward onto his knees.
(Hi!) "Yeah, he's afraid of me." Clara said, giggling. "His reaction confirms it." Sherlock rolled his eyes, he was immensely offended that he had been replaced with this idiotic little schoolteacher.
"Yes, moving on, we have to stop the Sontarans…"
"What are they exactly?" John asked, glad the fighting had died down a bit.
"An alien race bent on war and fighting, they want to use earth as a breeding planet."
(Just saying I don't ave long before I have to go to bed)
(Okay) "They look like potato dwarves." Clara said, looking around the room. "Nicotine patches? Seriously?" Clara asked, holding up a small box she had found on top of the desk. "Those are mine." Sherlock said, snatching the box from Clara and setting it onto the mantlepiece.
The Doctor shook his head, "Point is, we have to stop the ship before it reaches earth…"
"How do we do that?" John asked.
"Get on the ship…that's as far as I've gotten."
"Doctor, did you pick up stupidity from Clara or was I the only one that had common sense when we travelled together?" Sherlock asked.
"Sherlock, calm down." John said, the Doctor's face formed a frown.
"I am not as young as when we traveled together, Sherlock. Clara is not stupid."
"Compared to you and me, yes she is." Sherlock retorted. "Is this secretly a drug cartel?" Clara asked, holding a bag of assorted medications and drugs, not all of them appeared to be entirely legal. "Also mine, and I'd rather you not rummage about my things." Sherlock sighed, she really was an idiot to assume their flat was a drug cartel. John would never put up with it. "Doctor, what's the plan to get on the ship? You can't exactly materialize the TARDIS, that would be suicide."
"Yes but the only other option is to let the Sontarans land, and get ourselves captured, which is also suicide. Taking the TARDIS onto the ship is the better option as then we have her with us for a quick escape."
"Or we could find a vortex manipulator, they aren't that difficult to locate if you know where you can get them." Sherlock said. "Fortunately for us, and the TARDIS, I do know."
"Where? You haven't been talking to Jack and Torchwood now have you?" The Doctor asked, eyebrow raised.

"Torchwood keeps trying to contact me. As if I would move to Cardiff." Sherlock said. "But yes, I have been talking with Jack. Nice fellow but a little bit too forward for his own good. Practically a walking innuendo." Sherlock scoffed.
