So he hurried off to change, and return, and his razorblade blue-grey eyes looked like somebody had plastered grey goth eye shadow there but it really was just remnants of sleeplessness. "Okay. Okay, I'm back, where are we going again?"

Zander ended up fading into the back of the group. He would have continued to lead but to do that he would have had to know where they were going. He felt the needle in his pocket burning a hole in it. Taking his mind off of it he turned to Kata," Where were you?"

Dani led them down a series of twisting halls. Finally reaching where she wanted to be, she took a deep breath. "Okay." She gave looked at Zander for reassurance, then opened the door. The room was different then the one Blake had been in. Dagger was sitting at a table, hands chained to the table. The scar over one of his eyes made him look even more intimidating. Dani grabbed Zander's arm for support.

Kata meowed in response, and jumped and clung to Zander's back. It would have hurt Zander if she hadn't done it before, but because she had he put in padding there. She lied on his back vertically and rest her head on his shoulder, so that she could still look around.

Dagger laughed, a bloodcurdling sound. "So, decided to bring some friends this time! Ah!" He said as he turned to Macha. "And where is your pink haired friend? Or your sister?" He said to Dani. "Ah, killing that little girl was fun." Dani clenched her jaws.

Dagger continued, "It felt wonderful, shoving your father off that bridge, after your mother." He laughed maniacally. "I should have killed you too."

"And that pink haired girl. Oh I savored her death the most. Especially making your little cousin watch helplessly as her friend died." He said. Dani's wings, that had unfurled when she had come in, were shaking now.

Macha clenched her fists as tears and anger threatened to spill over. It was this man’s fault Fae was dead, his fault they’d had to leave, his fault she hadn’t gotten a happy ending. A ball of rage formed inside of her. Stepping forward sharply, she brought her stone fist down in his stupid scarred face. “Where. Is. Ace.”

Zander stepped between Dani and Dagger," Dani look at me, we're here for Ace, don't loose yourself to him. He's not worth it."

She punched him again, so hard that’s he heard something crack. Her wings spread to their full length as she towered menacingly over him

Zander whirled around after hearing a loud crack, saw what happened and grabbed Macha's arm." Stop, he can't help if he can't talk."

Dagger laughed "You think I would tell you?" Dani stepped forward. "You didn't have to. Come on guys. I know where he is." Dani said, voice shaking.

Macha gritted her teeth, bringing out her spear and holding it to Dagger’s throat. “Just tell me this if you value your life. How did you find me and Fae four years ago?”

Dani nodded. "Yeah." Dagger laughed at Macha. "It's not that hard. Two little ladies, wandering around Seattle. And we have–" He slumped forward.

Macha growled, her vision red. The blood roared in her ears as she pressed the spear to his neck a bit harder. “Before that. Niagara Falls, New York. Frat the shop, then the fair.”
