Lily made her way to the girl's house. "Hey," She tapped Roxanne on the shoulder "It's time to eat. We all have to eat together it's another rule."

“Alright,” Wren sat across from Ashton.

Ashton knew it wasn't going to get Nova to like him, impossible maybe. But, he wasn't known for giving up, he just needs her to open up. He'll take it slow from now on. "Wren, Lily was going to apologize once she saw you. But it's my fault for pushing her in the lake, so she didn't mean to leave you there."

Nova closed her eyes. She was starting to get a headache from not wearing her glasses, and she still didn't have the energh to sit up.

“Don’t worry about it. Just don’t go pushing anyone else in there.” He said and crossed his arms.

"Hey, Wren, I think Lily's looking for you. She should have been back by now."

"I was a little drunk. And that girl drives me crazy!" Ashton puts his head on his hand. He wanted to make a good impression on Nova but, there was no way he could deal with Lily she was just too much for him. She wasn't cute, she dressed in tattered clothes and had no girliness to her.

"What are you guys even talking about? Is that why Lily was soaked?"

“Oh,” Wren stood and walked outside, looking for Lily, “Lily?” He called.

Dang! Ashton knew he screwed up this time, he shouldn't have mentioned it. "Yeah, that's why she was wet." He rather just tell the truth then lie anymore "And because of that I have to do extra chores tomorrow."

Nova rubbed the sides of her head. She really shouldn't have taken off her glasses for so long.

"Whatever. Yoy probably deserve it."

"Wren, Hey." She walked over to him "I was just telling the new girl she had to come to lunch. I'm not sure she heard me though." Lily headed back to the garden with Wren. "Nova, you doing better?"

Nova chuckled. "Well, if developing a headache is 'better,' than yeah. I'm great."

(Haha neither does Nova, but I guess it's a different type of not girliness… And she actually is rather girly but she doesn't act like it.)

(Yeah Lily is more country she would wrestle a pig if you asked her too. So, Nova is definitely better in Ashton's book haha.)

Nova stopped rubbing the sides of her head and looked at Lily. "You got any painkillers?"

"Are you sure that stuff wasn't yours?" Lily whispered in her ear. She hopedNova would trust her enough to tell her that much at least. Lily sat on the other side of the table farthest from Ashton.

Lily nodded and went inside to grab some "I'll be right back"

Nova hesitated then looked at Lily in the eyes. She really needed her glassea, but she couldn't risk them knowing.

"Actually Nova come with me for a bit." She helped Nova up and brought her into the house. She sat her on the couch giving her water and some painkillers. "You have bad eyesight don't you?"

(AAAAA STUPID REFRESH BUTTON ISN'T FAST ENOUGH)

"Yeah… I mean, it's not really bad, but…" Nova looked down at her feet.

"It's bad enough to where you tripped down the stairs though," Lily laughed " Do you want to try my contacts? They may work for you."

"What's you prescription?"

Ashton looks over at Wren "You won't go for Nova right?" He knew it was a weird question, but Wren was a good looking dude and nice, Ashton knew if Wren liked Nova he would have no chance.

"Honestly I'm not too sure, I didn't really pay attention to it. Bad I know." Lily had a bad habit of not paying attention to things sometimes and she needed to fix that.

"Huh… Well I could try."

“No, I don’t. As a friend maybe but nothing more,” He braced his hands on the table, “Why? Like her and scared I’m gonna try something?”
