Once Nathaniel had fallen asleep again, Lloyd returned to his assigned room and tried to sleep to the best of his ability. He did end up managing it, although it was light.

Paige took a deep breath and smiled at Lillian. She closed her eyes and whispered inaudible words.

Lillian looked to her with curiosity. Wondering what she had just said. She didn't feel it right to ask, but did anyway, "What?"

Paige smiled painfully. "I… I'll be right back." Her figure instantly vanished. Why do you have to be so difficult?

Lillian watched in silently shock as Paige disappeared. She began to wonder if it was all in her mind. But still yet she stayed in the room waiting to see if Paige would come back.

Lillian looked around as she said quietly, "I-I don't know."

Darren grew tired of waiting because he's impatient af and honestly was a little worried so her called Lillian.

Lillian's phone rang and she pulled it out to see it was Darren. She wanted to pick it up but instead allowed the phone to go to voicemail on its own.

Darren sighed as it went to voicemail. He knew she was probably busy but his brain assumed the worst, he tried again.

Lillian heard her phone again and sighed. She debated picking it up again, but didn't get the chance as it went to voicemail again.

Darren's phone crashed onto the table as he threw his head back and ran his fingers through his hair. Concern laced his expression, he didn't want to be that guy but he with the events that had transpired in the last hours he wanted to know where she was, that she was okay.

He figured one more time would send the message he was trying to push but also might make her think he was in trouble… Meh! He called again.
