"Thanks, Darren…" Lloyd watched Phos and Val trot off into the forest, where they were met by their foal. Lloyd entered the house and lay Nathaniel on the couch, sitting beside his brother and cradling his head with his hands. Don't break down now… you've had to be strong for Nate, and you can't stop now…
Darren kept his voice calm, “So uhhh where’ve you been?”
(I've been ignored TTwTT)
(I think it's closed bruh)
(Btw is there anyway I can jump in? I've been sitting here for almost two weeks now…)
(Sorry! There is a new one that should still be open)
"Trying to find a better place for Nate… Couldn't find anything, so I came back…" He sighed, looking over at Nate with his eyes stinging with tears. "With our parents gone, I'm the only one left to take care of him. But I can't do it Darren… I've tried so hard, but I just can't… my strength is leaving me, I'm stressed all the time, and I can't handle all this pressure…"
(My character Ryan is lonely atm if y’all wanna be friends)
He sat down next to Lloyd, “I can help out as much as possible okay? You guys can stay here for as long as you want and I can help out with Nate,” he put an inviting smile on his face. “Lillian too,” he added. Although he wasn’t sure if she was in a good state of mind to help right now.
(Sure mate where is he?)
(At his house… you can knock if you want.)
(Cool)
Rory headed up the front steps. He hadn't talked to Ryan in forever. He hesitated, then knocked.
Lloyd nodded, leaning on Darren's shoulder. His wings just hung limply on his back, and his hair was messy from flying and not brushing it for ages. He was pale and thin, not from lack of food really, since he didn't need food, but from stress. However, Nathaniel seemed to be doing alright. It looked like Lloyd had put more effort into taking care of Nathaniel than himself.
Ryan looked toward the door with mixed confusion. He never had visitors, he ran to the door. “Hello?”

“We should start by getting this guy to bed,” he looked at Nate sleeping soundly on the couch. “Want me to take him up?”
Rory smiled sheepishly. "Hey Ryan. It's been awhile…"
"Sure, that'd be great…" Lloyd said in a dull voice, looking over at Nathaniel again. "At least he's held up well…"
Darren patted his shoulder, “You took care of him well” he moved to Nate and picked him up carefully to carry him upstairs.
Rory smiled sheepishly. "Hey Ryan. It's been awhile…"
“Uhh yeah man it has! Come on in!” He stepped aside for Rory to enter.
Rory stepped inside. "Sooo….what have you been up to?"
He saw the sword on his table… that would be hard to explain. “Not much, making music,”
(Does Rory know about his powers?)
(No
I don't even know about his powers (Sorry I skim everything on here)
(Lloyd has only taken care of Nathaniel. He, however, is slowly dying lmao)
Lloyd watched Darren taking his brother away, tears coming to his eyes again. He hadn't drank anything in a while either, and even he needed water. He felt very lightheaded and weak, and he was beginning to think that flying for so long in his condition was probably ill advised.
"Cool." Rory nodded. "I got another job."
"Cool." Rory nodded. "I got another job."
(He’s a werewolf/vampire hybrid…)
“Where?” He asked walking into the living room to avoid Rory seeing the sword.

Darren tucked Nate in to bed carefully as he pulled the blanket up and went downstairs. “Do you need anything Lloyd?”
"Hmm…?" Lloyd turned towards Darren. "Oh, I dunno… do you have water? I don't remember the last time I drank something, and I'm starting to think flying when I was so dehydrated was a bad idea…"
Darren nodded and dug through his cabinet to find the biggest cup he could find to fill with ice water. He handed it to Lloyd, “Good?”
