Darren shook his head, "No I just assumed it was the only time everyone could make it,"
"No, Dad told Grandma Hummel about your tumor and you know how she keeps secrets!"
Darren sighed at Cooper, "They're here because they think I'm dying… That is wonderful,"

Lillian wrapped her arm and Emma and held her close.

(Sniff)

Emma woke up slowly. Her eyes opened and a confused look grew on her face and her head bolted up. Where was she? Darren's room? How did she get here?

Lillian woke up and yawned to a confused Emma. She explained calmly, "You fell asleep and Darren carried you up here."

Her eyes darted to Lillian, it took her a second but she seemed to relax. "Where is Darren?"

"He's downstairs with the others."

Emma put her head back down and cuddled back into Lillian much calmer.

Lillian smiled and held Emma close to her, "Don't want to go back down?"

"Yeah," She looked up at Lillian with familiar green eyes.

Lillian nodded. God those eyes are heart melting. She sighed, "We don't have to go then."

"They said, Aunt Linda is coming," Emma yawned, "No one likes her,"

Lillian chuckled as her eyes closed, "That's nice."

"I didn't say hi to Cooper," She was talkative.

Lillian nodded, "Mhm."

There was a loud knock at the front door that could be heard through the house, Emma's head sprung to attention, "She's here,"
Cooper and Darren walked into Darren's room. "Hey, mind if we hide with you guys?" Cooper asked.
"Linda's here," Darren added.

Lillian sat up and smiled lazily, "Yeah come hide. She won't get us in here."

"That's what you think," Cooper rolled his eyes as he flopped down on the bed in Darren's place. Emma scooted over by him to which Cooper smiled and wrapped an arm around her… Darren pulled his desk chair to sit on, the bed was a little crowded.

Lillian leaned back her eyes closed. She was still tired and really wanted to keep napping. But Linda's here and the demon boys are back, "That's what I hope."

Cooper closed his eyes, "God this family dysfunctional, not everyone can find joy and success I guess,"
Darren rolled his eyes.

Lillian rolled her eyes. She muttered, "More like everyone can find joy without success."

Cooper ignored her, nothing could really bring his ego down.

Lillian let out a sigh. She stood up and walked next to Darren leaning on his chair, "So what can we do with these two in here?"
