"Okay" she stood and went to the kitchen, where the others were sitting

Abby stood beside Olivia. "I can help."

Kendra sat down and realized she had a headache. pain meds she thought and stood right back up. she went to the medicine cabinet and got some ibprofen. She swallowed the pills with no water and went back to the table.

"Kendra, are my pills in there?" Cal called out drowsily, rubbing his tired eyes as he looked up. He hated taking medication, but the doctors insisted that he took some every morning and night so he wouldn't have any leg pain.

“I’m not sure I wasn’t looking for them. I would assume so” she responded

Abby stood beside Olivia. "I can help."

"Sure! can you go start the eggs? The pancakes are almost done and i just need to rol up the Crepes." she flipped a pancake onto the plate and turned off the stove

"Yeah," Abby said, immediately losing herself in service. (In case you haven't picked it up yet, Abby is hardcore Abnegation.)

Kendra sipped her coffee and sat back into the chair and started scrolling through Pinterest as per usual

The eggs sizzled on the stovetop. Abby stared out the window. Her eyes fell on the time. "Shoot! We have to get moving! Like, now!"

"What why?" Kendra asked sitting up almost spilling her coffee

"Wait, why?" Vivian wondered if she had forgotten an important event. It was very possible, she didn't remember much in the mornings.

"Um, school. Work. Life!" Abby replied. (I know that y'all said it'd be a holiday, but could they just have school and such so that Natasha wouldn't miss much?)

"Im off on Fridays remember?" she said and relaxed back into her seat. "If anyone needs a ride I'd be happy to drive" (sounds good)

"I'm going to be late," Abby muttered, sliding the pan around to cook the eggs hastily.

"I got fired from my job," Vivian informed Abby. She just remembered she hasn't told them all that yet.

"oh no! do you want me to do the eggs so you can get ready Abby?"

Abby looked gratefully at Kendra. "Thank you." She hurried into her room and quickly, quietly packed a backpack.

Kendra got up and continued with the eggs Abby left, her coffee and phone left on the table

Abby closed the door quietly. Veda was still sleeping. Let her rest easy. "Is everyone alright?" Abby asked, tightening her ponytail and sliding her DII CHAMPS hat on.

"We're fine Abby, you were literally just out here" she laughed

"Ok. I just have to make sure, you know?" Abby grabbed her keys and pulled her laptop and phone off of their respective chargers.

"Bye Abby!"

"Bye!" Abby called over her shoulder. She stepped out into the hallway and shut the door. "Wait!" she quickly went back inside and grabbed her GRYPHON Taboo Blue Steel hockey stick (named Beauty) and left again, repeating her goodbye. Turning the corner, she almost bumped into someone. "Oh sorry!" She said. She looked up to see who it was. "Wes!" she exclaimed, surprised.

"Kendra, just stick to cats and you'll be fine," she randomly proclaimed, looking quite serious.

Wes smiled down at her. "Oh, hey Abby!"
"I gotta run, but we'll talk later?" Abby asked, starting back off down the hallway.
Wes reached out and grabbed her arm. "Abby, wait."
Her skin prickled at his touch. "I have to go, I'm going to be late."

olivia laughed at the others struggles, happy she didn't have to work until monday. she decided to go to the park.

Wes looked deeply into her eyes and Abby felt her heart skip a beat. He released her arm. "I'll… I'll talk to you later," Abby breathed. Wes's eyes sparkled and he turned and headed off. Abby stayed frozen for a second, but the took off.

Vivian collapsed onto the couch. "What is wrong with me…"
