"We need to leave, princess." He said as he took out his dagger, looking around trying to find a way for them to escape without the men seeing them.

Xhall raised a small bomb, aiming it at the pair. Dylan grabbed Leon's wrist and pulled him away from the edge of the window to around the corner, which shielded them from the blast….more or less. Dylan clenched her jaw as white hot pain shot up her arm. "Yeah I can see that." Dylan answered. "What about my parents?" She asked, panicked.

"We're getting that treated after we escape. I'm only supposed to protect you but we can go to your parents." He said.

Dylan's father ran up to them at that moment. "No, Leon, get Dylan out of here. You are to take nobody else, are we clear?"
Dylan bit back a retaliation.

"Yes, Your Majesty." He said as he grabbed Dylan's wrist as he ran down the hallway while avoiding all the arrows being shot at them.

Dylan ran with Leon, letting him drag her to one of the secret exits.
