"Just…. just The Doctor." An explosion rang out in the distance. He whipped his head around. "Ooh, explosions. Lovely way to start the morning." he said.
"Just…. just The Doctor." An explosion rang out in the distance. He whipped his head around. "Ooh, explosions. Lovely way to start the morning." he said.
“Lovely way to start… oh never mind. Why are their explosions?”
"No idea! Want to find out?"
She hesitated for a moment, “Sure… get’s me out of class.”
"Wow, you're even more of an idiot than I am. I mean, it's my job to save you all but honestly," he chuckled, "No sane human runs towards trouble."
"Then again I'm not a human. I wouldn't know."
“Not human? Oh forget it.. if we’re gonna go, we should go.”
"Yeah…. long story." The Doctor said, running off.
He stopped, turning around. "Well come on then! You did say you were coming, or did you change your mind?"
“Yes, I’m coming.” She said running after the Doctor.
"Don't get yourself killed." he said.
“Easier said then done.”
"Oh, if you get killed that won't really matter, I was just talking to myself!" he said.
“Won’t matter? Why did I think this was a good idea. I don’t even know you.” She breathed, one step behind him.
"Well, who said this was a good idea?" The Doctor asked. "I never did! Besides, death is inevitable, believe me. But there are a few loopholes of course. When you're as old as me you'll know that." he said.
“And how old are you?”
"Oh, you don't need to know that." he said.
“Then why bring it up in conversation?”
"I never told you to ask my age. Just saying."
“You said ‘when you’re as old as me’ that’s bringing it up in conversation.”
"Yes, but you didn't need to ask me!"
“Sorry…” She dragged out the syllables.
"This is really pointless."
Eira rolled her eyes but chose not to say anything more.
