Convel’s face turned puppy like in an instant as his tail wagged and he went to greet Belle.

She laughed. "Hey there." She pet his head softly as to not startle him. "I might not know what wolves are like but I know a thing or two about dogs."

He sat down tail still wagging as he leaned into her.

She sat down next to him and continued petting him. "Do you have a name boy? Wait, I doubt you can talk and I also doubt that a literal wolf would have a collar."

The dog stood up and shook like he was wet until Ryan was kneeling in front of her.

"Hey there. Glad to have you back." She stood up herself, trying to restrain from throwing her arms around him.

Ryan did it for her, he pulled her into a tight hug, “Happy to have you back,”

She wrapped her arms around him and smiled into his chest. "Happy to be back sugar."

“Everything,” he growled putting his free hand over his head, “He’s very loud. He’s also yelling to let go of his girls hand,” he laughed and held it tighter.

She wrapped her arms around him and smiled into his chest. "Happy to be back sugar."

“You should know that I kissed Evangeline,” he said hugged her tighter in case she was upset about it.

She laughed. "I know. I saw. I don't mind."

He laughed, “Niether did she,”

She giggled and finally pulled out of his arms. "Alright let's get out of here. This place gives me the creeps." She snapped and they were back at his place, safe and sound. "And don't worry, Paige was sent back to the hospital, it's fine I know what I'm doing."

He laughed, “I didn’t doubt you. Did you like my puppy?”

She burst into a smile. "I did! He reminds me of a German Sheppard. Loyal and cute but will tear your damn face off. I love them so much."

He smiled, “Sometimes I sleep like that just for the hell of it,”

She giggled a small bit then yawned. "God, being two different people at the same time is tiring. But, I can manage. I'll be fine." She barely managed to finish her sentence before she yawned again.

“Wanna take a nap with a giant puppy,” he smiled.

"Yesss I do." She laughed. "Please. That'd be great."

He smiled seconds later Convel was standing, tongue out, tail wagging.

She pet him a few times. "Hey again buddy. Come on, we're gonna go take a nap before I pass out right here. Follow me." She walked up the steps and opened a few doors before finding a bedroom. "Finally." She flopped onto the bed and curled up.

He followed and let out a bark as he curled up next to her, his giant head on her chest. He looked at her with big blue eyes.

She smiled and pet him. "Well, I was right. I don't know anything about wolves but you ain't a wolf. You're just a dog. And I know about dogs. So we'll be alright."

His tail thumped on the bed as he wagged it. He licked her face.
