okay so the plan for the beginning is that our two characters are bffs. They're gonna go to the Marketplace in the Middle, the giant market where all the kingdoms meet. k?)
(Okie dokie! :D)
(AND WE'RE OFF)
Uriah ran/slid down the hill. "C'MON JACKSON!" He called over his shoulder. He was more than excited to go to the Middle.
“I know you’re excited, but calm down!” Jackson laughed, calmly walking down the hill.
Uriah turned and grabbed his arm. "You're just being a slowpoke! C'mon!" He began dragging him down the hill.
“Well you’re being a fastpoke.” Jackson giggled, trying to keep up with Uriah’s pace.
"That's how I roll Jack-o-lantern!"
“Of course.” Jackson grinned.
"I CAN SEE IT JACKIE!" He squealed. "It's beautiful…."
Wren walked through the Market, pondering what herbs she would need.
“Just like me.” Jackson smirked.
"Yes." Uriah nodded. "Though it's further away than you so lET'S GO!"
“Let’s gooooOo!”
Uriah tripped down the hill, dragging Jackson behind him. The gates of the market stood tall and proud, the guards on either side mirroring their conduct. Uriah saluted them. "Request to enter the Market?"
The guards nodded, and one signaled to the watchman's tower. "Granted."
“Ow.” Jackson muttered.
"Sorry." Uriah let go of his arm. The gates shuddered, then slowly creaked open. Uriah bounced up and down. "Let'sgolet'sgolet'sgo!"
“You’re like an excited little puppy.” Jackson chuckled, “C’mon, let’s go.”
Uriah ran through the open gates. The marketplace bustled with activity. Scents hung in the air and mingled together. Colors danced everywhere, vibrant and welcoming. Uriah sighed. "Magical…"
“Yep.” Jackson nodded, “Now are we going to wander around or are you just going to stand there like a love-sick puppy?”
Uriah smiled. "Lez go!" He grabbed his arm again and dragged him off.
