(No, not that, sorry! It's the fact that she's so good at singing and can switch between a mermaid and human form? Not to be rude, Sirens/Mermaids are really fun!)
(oops, sorry! whenever someone says two people are described the same, I automatically think of appearance. Yes, and Mermaids are fun!)
(Anyway! How do you want to introduce your character?)
(umm, Idk)
(Oof, okay. I'm gonna start if you're okay with that? You can work from there!)
(yes plz, i'm terrible at starting)
Corey finished his songs, now just chatting rather energetically with a couple others.
Raven swam around, singing loudly and happily, thinking no one was here.
He turned back, the singing catching his attention.
"Oh, hey!"
She stopped singing and turned around, slightly startled, "Oh, hi!"
"How long have you been there? I didn't hear or see you before," he inquired, head tilted as he ran his fingers through his hair.
"Oh, I've been here for a while. What about you?" She asked as she moved her hair out of her face.
"Like in the water? About thirty minutes or so. Guess it makes sense that I didn't, huh?" he laughed, shrugging.
"Yea, i'm gonna go out sooner or later. Depends on if I have anything to do on land."
"Mhm. I probably should, actually. I always forget that I have a life on land," he joked, swimming up to shore.
"I thought it was just me that forgot I have a life on land," She said as she followed him
He sat on the hot sand, waiting for his legs to come back.
"Thank god I'm not the only one, eh?"
"I could say the same," She sat on the hot sand next to him, waiting for her legs to come back.
He finally stood up, probably around 6".
She stood up a few seconds after him and dusted the sand off of her legs.
"Hey, so I never got your name."
"It's Raven, what's yours?"
"Corey."
"Well, then. I'm glad I met you, Corey."
He nodded, turning back to look at the bright colors and lights behind them.
She turned around to look at the bright colors then starts walking to her motorcycle so she can go home.
"See ya later. Maybe," he added quickly and quietly, beginning to head back to his apartment.
"Same to you." She said as she turned on her motorcycle and drove to her house.
He flopped down onto the fold-out couch in his small apartment, stretching.
