Backstory: He never really had a specific instance which made him fight against the government, but there was two options: Fight or become a vegetable. He chose fight. He's been kind of like a secret sniper on government officials and troops, and has been alone for a while.

Personality: kind of a scaredy cat but is very determined, doesn't like people very much, doesn't like to show his feelings or thoughts
Backstory: used to be that popular rich kid but his family lost all of its wealth after being attacked by scavengers in the beginning part of the government takeover. since then he's been closed off. he works for the most part alone but isn't (wasn't, at least) trying to overthrow the government, he was just trying to stay alive

Looks: Black hair, with royal purple eyes, and freckles over cheeks and nose, slightly tan skin, with a lean muscular body.
Personality: Seems like a cold and unapproachable person, but after you meet him he's a really nice, and sarcastic person.

Jordan crashes into the abandoned building. He jammed the door shut and fell silent. Motors could be heard out side as the government officials roar past in search of him. As the motor's sounds die he stands straight and slings his sniper over his shoulder. He looks around the building that seemed to be empty.
Calista heard commotion in the always empty building. she came from her hiding spot and saw a figure standing there, looking as though they knew she was here.
Jordan's gold eyes scan the area around him. He pauses in the middle of a large room and spins on his heel. No… There is definitely something here…
"Who are you, Where did you come from, and how the hell did you find me?" she said cautiously, stepping out so the person can see her

Jordan whirls around, his sniper in hand and scope to face. He aims at her, "Who are you?!"
Robbie slowly approached the building. He'd been following the man, Robbie thought his name was Jordan, ever since those moto officials starting following him. His original intent was to snipe them, steal the bikes, and have a favor to call in from the poor guy, but he thinks he found something better.
Vivian watched quietly from her hiding spot, swallowing nervously.
Nolan watched the running figure disappear into an empty building after chased by the government cars. Curious, he walked over to the building and slipped inside. Maybe he has food, he thought. (you guys don't have to notice me until you get finished with introductions and stuff)
