Marilyn stared at the pond confused. They're both gone? She knelt down and slowly put her arm in the water. It was perfectly dry once she pulled it out. Are they okay? Where are they? For a moment she took a quick glimpse around before standing up again. Marilyn closed her eyes before jumping into pond.
Sugar watched as three girls popped out of the pond, and wondered if she should help them. Thinking that she should, she flew over, the sun shining through her translucent wings, and said, "Hello! Who are you?"
Addy screamed when she saw the beautiful fairy. "Who are YOU?!" she questioned loudly.
"My name's Sugarpop, but you can call me Sugar," she said. "What's your name?" she repeated herself.
"Uh…" Addy stumbled. "Ad-a-addy." she mustered, and shakily got to her feet.
Sugar stuck out her hand and smiled wide. "Nice to meet you, Addy. Who're your friends?"
"F… Farah and Marilyn." she said, and shook her hand. "Where are we?"
"We're in FayWind! It's so amazing here, you'll love it!" exclaimed Sugar excitedly.
"What exactly is Fay… Wind?" she asked.
"It's where you are, silly!" Sugar said. "Well, I mean, it's a world. Like, a magic one."
Addy put her head in her hands. "FayWind. I've heard of that. It's…. It's one of the… the schön dimensions, right?" she said. "But how do I know that?!" she asked herself, and she began to pace.
Marilyn was dumbfounded. No words could describe how she felt. At first she was in the forest but now she has no idea where she is. Maybe this is just a dream., she thought to herself,A dream with a fairy and my friends. Yeah, that makes sense.
(I'm done for the day. Sorry, guys!)
Farah smoothed her hijab and sat in disbelief. This was dream. Magic isn't real. This was a dream.
"There's five schön… Just like the regular! Yes… Yes… UGH!" She cried, annoyed and frazzled about the fact that she knew where she was.
Marilyn kept pinching herself, she was still in denial every time. She took a quick glimpse at Addy then at Farah and then at the fairy. "Could someone pinch me?", she asked quietly,"I need to make sure that I'm sleeping."
Farah stood there, shocked, and then turned back towards the pond, but it was gone.
"ARGH!" Addy screamed, then she fell on her behind. She started to rub her fingers through her hair in frantic motions. She looked crazy. She felt crazy.
Sugar watched the three girls in front of her. They were acting strangely, even for humans. Sitting down, she made a feast appear, along with a picnic blanket so that they wouldn't have to sit on the damp, dewy grass.
"Come! Sit and eat!" she invites the girls, waving them over to join her.
Addy, pretty sure she's totally lost it and is dead gets up and eats silently. The food is delicious. Better then anything she'd ever tasted. Maybe she was in heaven!
Farah remembered what her mother told her about being polite. "Bismillah," she said and rolled up her sleeves, grabbing a strange-blue-cookie-dish-thing.
Addy sat up, looking dazed. "Are we in east FayWind?" she asked drearily. Then she turned to Farah. "Am I crazy?" she whispered. Her words almost slurred.
Addy rolled her eyes. "Thanks for the encouragement." she mumbled.
"Wow, you're so welcome." Farah said, her face lit up with a smirk.
Marilyn shook her head as she sat down next to Addy.
"You're still sassy, you're still quiet, I'm still talking, and we're still here. So.. I'm not crazy. This is real. We're in a schön." Said Addy, laying down on the blanket. "How do we get out?" she asked the Sugar.
Marilyn carefully reached to get a sandwich before thanking Sugar. I guess this is real., she thought to herself.
Addy bit into a brownie. "Golly heck this is amazing!"
