(Well yeah he's like four and he's literally only ever met angels lmao)
(Imagine if Martin Luther King Jr's speech was more like this:
I kinda had a dream⌠I don't wanna talk about it shrug)
Genatrix was insanely confused now. In her time, angels had been very protective of their possessions. This millennia was confusing.
Genatrix activated her magic, using it to gently pluck an eyelash off the mare. The eyelash was cradled in a dark black aura. Genatrix was practically buzzing in relief that the angel had not stayed to witness her magic.

(Lol that's great)
(I mean, he is protective of her, but his guard's kinda down atm. He was kinda told that his parents were dead about a minute ago lol)
(Thx :D)
(true)
Genatrix forced herself to become corporeal once more. She appeared fully human, save fore her pitch black eyes. Collecting the eyelash in a small, crystal bowl, she vanished into thin air.
(i gtg)
Val didn't seem too pleased about her eyelashes being plucked, but stayed still anyhow. She trotted over to Lloyd when Genatrix was finished, nudging the absent boy's shoulder softly. He seemed to be lost in thought, staring at the floor with tears pooling in his eyes.
Darren stared in awe, but also unsure of what to do.
(Ookay, Night.)
(Quick question, is Darren still holding Nate?)
(Yes)
(Ookay cool)
Darren looked over to Lloyd, "Hey man, you good?"
Lloyd didn't respond, to either Val or Darren. Pull yourself together! Weak! He slapped himself hard across the face to snap out of it, startling Val a bit.
Darren was shocked but he understood. âLloyd do you need anything?â
"I'm⌠I-I'm fineâŚ" He looked up at Darren, smiling weakly with tears in his eyes. You're not fine, you're weak. And upset over the death of people you hardly knew. A bruise was beginning to form where he had hit himself.
(I actually think Shade diedâŚ)
Darren nodded knowing Lloyd wasnât fine. âYou wanna come play with us Lloyd?â He said smiling at Nate.
(Same)
Lloyd glanced at his brother, who seemed cheerful enough. He sighed, nodding slightly and hopping off the counter. He rubbed his cheek absently, feeling very small next to Darren.
âWhat do angels play?â Darren looked suddenly puzzled.
"Er, some of the more rude ones shoot stones at birds⌠flying's kind of a sport? Nate would probably know better than I do, I haven't really done anything close to playing in years." He turned towards Nathaniel. "We could play find the feather! Or hide and seek! Or tag! What other games do humans play?" Nathaniel cocked his head to the side.
"Hide and seek sounds like a good idea!" Darren suggested.
"Alright, whatever. What do you want me to do?" Lloyd stretched a bit.
"Well, whos gonna count first?"
"I'll count! I like counting!" Nathaniel raised his hand excitedly.
Darren laughed. No kid ever wants to be the counter, "Okay. Let's go hide then," he looked at Lloyd.
"Alright." Nathaniel sat in the corner, beginning to count as Darren and Lloyd hid. Lloyd just walked to his room and hid under the bed. Should be easy enough for him to find me, and difficult enough that I'll have some time to myselfâŚ
Darren hid behind a door, classic.
After Nathaniel reached 100 (with a couple skipped numbers here and there) he called out, "Ready or not, here I come!" He walked into the kitchen and began searching the dusty cabinets.
After a few minutes, Nathaniel checked behind the door. "I got you!" He said, tugging on Darren's pants leg. "Now you gotta help me find Lloyd!"
