The second one would be hilarious. The first one would probably be a romantic comedy. But also, the very personification of Death falls in love would be cute too. What do you think?

Powers: She is a werewolf? (Not the traditional kind, she can just shift from wolf form to human whenever she wants to.) and can runecast (use runes as a form of magic but can use normal magic, just chooses not to.)

Kat is jolted awake by a guard. "Princess! You need to get out of the castle! You're in danger!"
"I'm not in any danger, thank you very much!" Kat answers, but follows the guard after grabbing her tiara.

Luna meets Kat out by the front gates, with two horses already saddled.

"Where are we going Luna? Where are my parents?"

"Assassins." she said grimly.

"What?!" Kat asks in disbelief. "It was Richardic, wasn't it?" (her uncle)

"Unfortunately we have not gathered enough evidence to convict anyone."

"I bet it was him," Kat says. Her eyes widen. "What about Fawkes?! I can't leave him in the castle. He's only a baby!" Kat runs back into the castle, managing to evade the grasp of guards. She runs into her room and picks up her puppy.

Luna says, "We need to leave now. The assassins are still here, it's a manhunt for you."

Kat nods defiantly, and after picking up her bag full of secret training clothes, she runs after Luna.

Luna jumps onto a horse, waiting for Kat to follow.

"You want me to ride a horse? In THIS gown?" Kat questions. She places her bag and Fawkes on the ground. She rips the bottom of her dress to make it shorter. She puts Fawkes into the bag, leaving space for him to breathe, and then slings it over her shoulder, hopping onto the horse.
