Kaida beamed at her. "Thanks," she said. Her ears twitched a bit, and as she started to lay down on the couch, her body sparked and ignited in gold light. A second later she blinked, confused, and in human form.

Rory threw his shirt at him. "Shut up."

(Wait, as in Rory took off his shirt then threw it at Max or a shirt from Max's floor)

Max caught Rory's shirt before looking at him quizzically. This was unexpected to say the least.

Rory slipped into a different one and glared at Max. "Could you leave?"

"This is my room," Max says, still in his bed.

"Correction, our room."

"No, I officially kick you out. Sleep in the hallway."

Rory rolled his eyes. "I need to change."

"Look at that," Lillian gave a small laugh. "And no problem, by the way. I only speak the truth."

"So do I. I'm only in my boxers here," Max returns the eye roll.

"Go change in the bathroom."

Kaida gave a small smile and fiddled with the sleeve of her sweater.

"Why don't you?"

"Because I was starting to change first now skedaddle!"

"Ugh fine," He steps out of bed, grabs some clothes from his draws before walking into the bathroom.

Lillian pulled both her legs up under her, and wagged her tail a little faster. She brushed a piece of her hair out of her face as she sat in silence with Kaida.

Rory quickly changed the rest of the way and headed down stairs. "Anyone else want cereal?"

"Me!" Lillian made a small barking sound as she jumped around to see who was talking about food. She blushed a little, then shook her head, pretending it didn't happen.

Rory chuckled. "Okie dokie then!"

Max leaves the bathroom. He picks up his phone before sliding it into his back pocket and leaving the bedroom. He quickly walks down the stairs and into the kitchen.

Kaida timidly makes her way over to the kitchen, standing in the corner and observing everybody.

"Hi Kaida." Rory greeted, pouring a bowl of cereal.

Lillian jumped over the back of the couch and walked into the kitchen to wait to get a bowl of cereal.

Kaida waved and smiled shyly, then pushed up her glasses. She always got more timid in her human form.
