Iris stared at the grass, feeling bad for Max. She then looked into Koray's eyes and noticed a similar solemn expression.

Max cocked his head to the side, confused. "What do you mean? Also, can someone explain why I'm a dog now?" He flourished a paw.
"We know as much as you do. No idea," Iris replied. He was still quite cute as a pup.
Koray sighed. 'Poor Max' she thought.
"Hey, Max! So how do you like being a werewolf? Pretty cool, huh?" Koray said in her best mock excited. She didn't want Max to think about this and she figured the best way to get his mind off it is to distract him.
He turned his head the other way. What am I doing? My head keeps… moving… when I'm confused. And so it did. He looked around at everyone, every few seconds his head cocking to the other side. Everything was distracting, and confusing.
"Max, sweetie you can't see your family, they ,um, they–" She looked at the other for help
"Max, your family's going to go away for a while. You're going to stay with someone like us." said Koray before turning to Harley to look for approval. She was usually confident in what she had to say but things like this were just a bit too… much.
"Where are they going? For how long? And can someone stop my head from doing whatever it's doing?"
Koray bit her lip "Max, they… they… wellll… I misspoke… you see… you're the one who's going away… um… forever. It's okay. It's nice here. It's just. Well… we don't know who you belong to or where you came from and we can't just dump you in the woods so… you'll be staying with us now. At least until you can figure out this werewolf thing." Koray explained. She gulped "You can make some new friends… and friends… they're practically family." Koray said.
"Did you tell mama I'm moving?" His head cocked to the side again. "Seriously, why does it keep doing that?!" He bopped his head a few times with a paw. "Stop it, stop it, stop it…"
Harley smiled gratefully at Koray. she knew there was a reason she appointed her best friend her Beta. looking to Max she smiled "come on Max, go with Koray, she'll show you the pups training ground! I need to talk to Deon for a moment."
Well that went better than she thought. She went off and followed Koray to continue watching over the rest of the smaller pups.

"Max do you hear a voice in your head? yes? that's your wolf's voice, ask it fo help."
"Really? Hey, wolf voice! Where am I? Is Cosmo okay?" He bopped his head a couple more times. "It's not answering!"
(Hello?)
"Ask it in you mind, It's in your head so you need to think of your question."
"Hey, Max. Let's go figure out your wolf's voice at the pups training ground while Auntie Harley talks to Deon." said Koray as she led him away.
Max fell silent for a few seconds. "It doesn't know any more than I do. Isn't it just me?"
Max limped away with Koray, still trying to talk to the wolf voice unsuccessfully.

Ummm…. Should Aiko go to the packs or…?))
(Ak! Holy shi- I missed alot!)
Deon backs up toward the entrance of the pack, glaring at each and every one of the werewolves around him, daring them to say anything.
Kareen had walked into camp, his 6'3" figure making him an imposing one. With a stag slung over his shoulders, he had glanced around in confusion, until the scent of both blood and loner hit him. Dropping the stag with a thud, his amber eyes scan the clearing, eventually falling on a new pup. Head tilted, Kareen sits next to him. "Hullo kid, what's your name? I'm Kareen, want me to take a look at that shoulder of yours? I was in training in my old pack."
"I'm Max…. um, I don't know my last name. You can if you want, but I think they got it, and this whole turning into a dog thing isn't permanent, is it? Kinda miss my hands…"
Laughing, a surprisingly mellow sound from the large man, Kareen looks at the boy. "Not permanent, though everyone has their own way of switching from wolf to human. How about you start with your paws, close your eyes, and imagine yourself as the boy you are. Focus really hard, and if you focus enough, you will feel tingling. When that happens, don't lose focus until the tingling stops, okay?"
"Okay." Max closed his eyes, doing what the man had said. After a minute or two he transformed back into a human.
Smiling, Kareen claps. "There ya go Max! You've done it! Any questions about wolves or anything, I know some of my packmates aren't very kid-friendly."
"Ow.. is the transformation supposed to hurt or is that just because my shoulder's hurt?" Max rubbed his shoulder, wincing a bit.
