Trin smiles and stares down at the sirens wrecking the bottom of the ship. "How about there?"

"You're kidding," Flint sees the look on her face, "You're not kidding. If you're going to drop me off here I'll never find the fairy." He backs away slowly.

"I've lost hope in you, Flint. You are just costing me supplies. I have no use in you now. Adam, grab him." A tall pirate tackles Flint and hangs him over the ship. "Sorry Flint. I didn't want it to be this way." The pirate lets go.

"Rude!" He yells just as he's frown over. Flint surfaces and watches as the sirens surround him. He was screwed and he knew it. Just had to help those fairies, didn't you?

One goes for his throat but before it grabs on, something pulls him deeper. A siren. She gently grabs his leg and slips through the waves, swimming from three other sirens.

One of them rips her tail, its sapphire color starts to fade.

Flint is confused and scared, he doesn't know much about sirens and is unsure about what is happening.

She slips through a cavern, loosing the other sirens. They emerge in a lagoon. "Are you okay?" Her soft voice trembles as she looks for any wounds on Flint.

"Yeah, yeah, are you?" Flint looks at the siren that saved him, searching her face for any motive to what she did.

She tucks her pecan brown hair behind her ear as she glances at her shredded tail. "I-it's nothing."

Phiri stood, and wiggled her hand. A sirens fin had slashed it, and it was bleeding. ( What if varies can turn human size sometimes?)

"That doesn't look like nothing. How can I help?"

(i prefer to keep them small because it makes them more vulnerable)
"Phiri!" Manilla grabs her hand and starts to inspect to cut.

"You should go, I don't want to hurt you." The siren scared face shows her fear for herself more than Flint.

"But you helped me. I want to help you back," Flint says.

"I'm a siren. I can hurt you."

"But you haven't… yet. Are you planning on hurting me?"

"I don't know if I can control it. I never want to hurt anyone. But it is an instinct. It's in my blood. It is a primitive action."

( Okay ;) )
"I'm fine Manilla." Phiri mutters.

"I'll take the chance. Let's get you patched up." Flint swims to a small beach in the cave and gets onto it.

"You're bleeding, too. From your hand." The siren slowly swims away. "And your blood…it smells so sweet and luscious." Her breathing becomes strong. "Go, go. I am a monster."

"Right, okay, I'll go but you wait here. I'll bandage myself up then I'll come back to help you, Yeah?"

"Phiri, let's find some birch trees. The leaves can help." Manilla scurries into the hidden forest.

"But… what if I hurt you?" the siren whispers.

"Won't be the first time I've gotten hurt," Flint shrugs, "You alright with this?"

"A-alright." she shudders. "But why? Why are you helping me?"

Flint pauses for a second, why is he helping this siren? Why did he help those fairies? He came to a conclusion, "Because I'm an idiot. I'll be back as soon as I can. Do you need me to grab anything?"

"No." she stares down at the water.

"Wait!" she calls. "What is your name?"

"Alright." Flint gets to the mouth of the cave before turning back to yell, "By the way, my name's Flint."
