“Morning, Love,” she smirked. “Got a swimsuit?”
“Morning, Love,” she smirked. “Got a swimsuit?”
"Chemistry, I believe." Kameo smiled, finally venturing into comfortable territory.
Cassie nodded and grinned, slipping her glasses off and holding them in her hand. "Sorry, I don't usually wear glasses. They look terrible on me. . ." She explained quickly, picking up the bag by her foot.
“Chemistry, huh? Wow. What are you wanting to do outside of college?” Cyrus asked, listening as Kam’s heart beat calmed a tad.
"Become a chemist or a person who works on medicine. I don't know what that's exactly called. I also have dreams of being a dancer." crap, no, you don't say that. They might want to see you dance! Who cares! I like dancing! No, you care, You care a lot. I guess I do.
“You look amazing no matter what,” she said offhandedly, starting to walk towards her car.
Cassie followed behind Lilith, tucking her hair into a loose ponytail. She stuck her left hand in her jacket's pockets, rubbing her tired eyes with her other one.
//and then they magically poof to the beach! :D
Lilith stepped into the water, having left her clothes and everything else in the car. She wore a silvery one-piece with some lace and straps in the back. Holding out a hand to Cassie, she walked farther in.
Cassie limped after Lilith, wearing a two piece, dark blue swim suit. After a few steps, she paused, motioning towards her prosthetic. "I, uh, need to take it off. I might need to lean against you." She explained, hoping that it wouldn't bother Lilith.
“That’s fine, do you want me to go put it in the car?” She asked, turning around.
"Yeah, could we do that?" Cassie replied, glancing around the beach. She kneeled down and unclasped a few areas, easily slipping off the prosthetic.
“Here,” she said, holding out a hand for it.
Cassie handed the prosthetic to Lilith and decided to sit down on the sand so she wouldn't fall over. She smiled and ran a hand through her hair. "Thank you."
She smiled. “No problem, love.” Kissing her cheek, she ran off. She was back in a few moments, offering a hand to help Cassie up.
Cassie took Lilith's hand and pushed herself up, wrapping an arm around her shoulders so she wouldn't fall over. She furrowed her brow slightly as she tried to move forward, but it ended up looking like an odd hopping walk.
The demon supported her with one arm, slowly walking into the surf. “We can walk for a few minutes that way,” she said, pointing down the shoreline. “And then we swim for maybe two, three minutes.”
//hallo

“Dancing? That’s pretty interesting. What style of dance ar enough best at?” Cyrus asked, grinning slightly at Kam.

Cassie nodded and leaned against Lilith, trying to maintain her balance. It had been a while since she had been to the beach. She missed how the warm, salty wind blew though her hair and the sound of crashing waves.
They made their way down the shoreline before Lilith started walking deeper into the ocean.

"I-I mostly dance ballet. I also breakdance, tango, foxtrot, ballroom dancing stuff. My mom's also super traditional and she's Indian/Roma, so she teaches me how to…" his voice trailed off. "I'm not that interesting anyway."
They made their way down the shoreline before Lilith started walking deeper into the ocean.
Cassie continued to lean against her for support as she felt the cold water lap against her feet. A big smile spread across her face as she looked over at Lilith.
Soon, they were up to their chests. “How you feeling, love?”
Cyrus’ brows raised in surprise. “Well goddamn, that’s a lot!” He exclaimed with a grin. But it faltered at the comment Kam made afterwards. “You don’t think you’re interesting? That’s crazy. I think you are.”
Soon, they were up to their chests. “How you feeling, love?”
"Good." Cassie nodded, running her hands over the top of the water. She looked back up at Lilith and grinned. "Do you like it too?""
“Of course,” she laughed, bending and half-picking Cassie up. She kissed her cheek, giggling, before setting her down again and starting to swim instead of walk.
Cassie laughed and swam after Lilith, her one leg kicking through the water. It felt weird to not have her prosthetic on, like she was missing something important. Well, you kind of are. . . you're missing a leg. She smiled and swam over towards her, dipping her head underwater for a moment then surfacing again.
Lilith led her towards a small rock outcropping, swimming slowly. Once they reached it, she dunked down and through a small opening in the rock, leading her to an almost secret cove. It was a beautiful place, with white sand and colorful stones.
Cassie furrowed her brow in confusion, but ducked down under water a few moments after Lilith. She looked around the cove, her green eyes widening in excitement as she tried to walk around. She had never seen something like this, but after all, she hadn't really gone out in a while. Cassie looked over at Lilith, a big smile tilting the corners of her lips up. "I-it's awesome." She breathed, as she continued to look around.
“You like it, love?” Lilith asked, stepping up behind Cassie and hugging her as a way of support and comfort (for herself, or for Cassie is the real question, she thought).
