Your character is walking through a busy area, then runs into someone and spills thier drink all over the person. What is your characters reaction?

Would apoligize, accidentally say "Sorry" repeatedly in Italian before grabbing napkins in her bag and handing them to the person in a rush before rushing off cursing under her breath in Italian haha
