Actually in Oregon we don't have sales tax :D
But I can assume that just means increased tax on everything else.

As for a everything else, why would we need that? I mean, I can kinda see the use in switching off power outlets just in case a toddler wants to stick a fork in there, but what is a half-flush and why would we need it?
