"Just go away. Now."
"Just go away. Now."
"How am I harassing you?" Nate asked, feigning a sweet tone of voice. He flipped his guitar back around so that it was in his hands once again and he began to strum it absentmindedly.
"You're just…. you're a stupid boy, all you want is to touch women's… boobs!" Bunny stuttered.
"Okay, first off, what makes you think you know me that well? And second, that was a lame attempt at an insult Bunny Watson." he replied, turning around and sauntering back over to his friends while continuing to strum his guitar. He knew he was being rude, but something about Bunny angered and intrigued him at the same time.
"You- why you!" Bunny stormed after the boy, trying not to drop her mountain of books.
Nate laughed and continued to walk away. He continued to sing along to the tune he was playing on the guitar, pretending to ignore Bunny.
Bunny tripped, sending around fifteen books flying at Nate.
Nate didn't see the book flying towards him until it was too late. Three hit him in the knee causing him to fall down as well. He glared at Bunny as he stood up once again before gathering her books in a pile and leaving them at her feet. He held out his hand to help her up.
She took the boy's hand and immediately regretted doing that. Pain shot through her mangled leg. A dislocation, due to the odd shape of the knee. "Fuck!" Bunny shouted, gritting her teeth.
"Don't curse, damn it." He retorted before taking a deep breath and trying to be nicer, "I mean, what happened? Are you alright?"
"It's a dislocated knee you daft dimwitted dimbo, I'm obviously totally fine!"
"Hey, I'm trying to help you! I'm not the one who fell down and threw books at you now did I?" He replied, his eyes full of rage. "Fuck it." He said as he handed his guitar to Dylan and picked up Bunny. Nate carried her to his motorcycle, grabbed the extra helmet from under his seat, and handed it to her. "Put it on. I'm taking you to the hospital." he demanded.
"Are you mad? I can't ride a motorcycle with my leg as it is!"
"Yes you can. You aren't even using your leg for this." he groaned
"I can't balance my weight properly. Ever heard of Newton's Law? Cole's Law?"
"I said you'll be fine. Just hold on tight." Nate told her as he hopped on the bike in front of her and started it before speeding off towards the hospital
(Awww I was gonna make the infamous Coleslaw pun.)
(Oh, sorry. You could still make it if you want :) )
(Cole's Law: Shredded lettuce in mayonnaise is an abominable food.)
(Beautiful XD)
"Also, there is a nurse on campus. You're an Idiot."
"Whatever, just be glad I was willing to help you."
"I'm not glad at all. This is complicating things."
Bunny looked at her leg. It was worse than She thought. Broken. And a split blood vessel, so internal bleeding. This day was getting worse and worse.
"Ungrateful much?" Nate shot back before picking her up off his motorcycle and carrying her into the emergency room. "The nurse couldn't help you with your leg anyways because it looks broken. She couldn't fix that without a doctor's verification and help."
(I gotta go again, sorry. I'll be back on again tomorrow but it'll be on and off because I have more finals…so, I'll talk to you tomorrow?)
"And internal bleeding, might I add. I'm still not grateful."
(I gotta go again, sorry. I'll be back on again tomorrow but it'll be on and off because I have more finals…so, I'll talk to you tomorrow?)
(Bye! Hope finals go well!)
"Now now, that's not the way to thank someone for possibly saving your life." Nate chuckled and he set her in a chair and walked up to the front desk. "My…uh…friend here hurt herself and she thinks her leg is broken." He told the lady sitting at the desk. She handed him a sheet to fill out and a clipboard with a pen attached before motioning for him to go away. "Here." Nate said as he handed her the clipboard.
