“Before I go,” Midnight said to Avhira, “Do you know what happened to Ethereal? My Chicky Baby?”

Deleted user

“Yeah, I left you in charge of her when I died. The first time.” Midnight trails off, realizing she forgot that she hadn’t told anyone about her second death.

Midnight runs and grabs the chick, looking at her. She sighs. “This isn’t Ethereal. This is her twin Daylight. She belongs to Chicken.”

Midnight inspects each chick. “None of them are Ethereal.” She sighs again and then goes to steal Cinna’s salad.

“Still not her.” Midnight continues eating.

Midnight grabs the italian dressing and squeezes most of the bottle out into her salad. She pauses, then squirts the rest into her mouth, where she had some half-chewed salad.

Deleted user

“No. But who is, honestly?” Midnight says around bites of food.

Midnight steals the rest of the salad and eats it. She then pulls a tray of warm cookies out of the void. “Share?” she said to Cinna.

Ame looked over towards the source of her mother’s voice, her face instantly lighting up when she saw Pandora. “Mom!” She quickly goes over to Pandora and hugs her. “Sorry for running off…” She mumbles. “Again…

Pandora smiles at her child as she hugs Amethyst back. "Oh, it is fine. I can not blame you for your decision. However, I would have preferred it if you had told me instead of just disappearing. I would have allowed you to go, you know. Contrary to popular belief, I am not a controlling egomaniac. "

A thunderclap sounds as Ÿdra brings her hands together, expelling everyone else from the area, leaving just her and Avhira in the glitch area.

"Now that the distractions are gone, you were saying you 'choose' to exist within the boundaries of this world? You are sorely mistaken. You are just as inextricably bound and chained as the rest of the creatures here. You think you have any chance against something from beyond the furthest boundaries of your infinitely small plane of existance?" she snarls.
