Pandora stays silent in the corner, checking her nails before looking up at the others. She watches as Kathy walks away, then laughs quietly. “He is not too far off. You are very…” She gestures around a bit, trying to find the right word. “…loud. Visually, of course. It gives me a bit of a headache, to be honest.”

Resh watches the others for a while, then rolls his eyes and walks away. He turns a corner and disappears, hoping he wouldn’t run into anybody else.

Alex stares at Pandora, unsure of what she means. ”Loud?” His tone was questioning, but somewhat aggressive. He didn’t talk to other people much. Especially when Tseth was gone. And usually people are too terrified to even try, but everyone here wasn’t. It was unnatural.

Pandora raises her eyebrows at Alex. “You heard me. Or are you just stupid?” She tilts her head and starts walking toward him. “If so, I meant ‘loud’ as in ‘way too bright and it hurts people’s eyes.’ Happy now?” She stops just a foot away from him, crossing her arms. “Or do you need me to dumb it down more?”

Alex starts to growl as Pandora gets closer. He almost backs up a step to keep distance, but he stands his ground and looks down at her. “I’m not a fucking idiot. Is it so terrible for me to ask you a question?” Tseth would know how to handle this. Why couldn’t he have stayed?

Pandora narrows her eyes slightly. “Really? Well, you look pretty stupid to me.” She smirks. “I just felt like being a nuisance. If everybody finds me so annoying when I am being friendly, then I might as well give them what they asked for.” She laughs, then turns and starts walking away.

Alex returns her expression and watches as she walks away, clenching his fists. Wisps of darkness like black smoke form around them, but they dissipate as soon as they appear. He looks down at his hands confused. Why isn’t it working? Why can’t I- He’s brought of his thoughts when Tseth rounds the corner, back from wherever he went. It seems he wasn’t successful.

Tseth walks past Pandora as she leaves, paying her no mind.

Pandora side-eyes Tseth as he walks past her, then rounds a corner and leans against a wall, humming to herself. The humming was mostly a feeble attempt to drown out the voices in her head, which were being unnecessarily loud at the moment. Maybe that’s why she talks so much.
