Resh: He stares at Salmook and blinks a few times, then shakes his head. “…No, he’s just really energetic.” He shrugs. “Probably a good idea to sit down.”
Parvus: His head pokes out from the bushes, and he squawks at the group, then goes back into the bushes. It sounds like he’s struggling to drag something to them.
Salmook: he groans and flops to the ground. "Yeah… I think so, too." he looks back up when Parvus squawks. "Somebody… help him. Somebody that isn't me."
(I wonder what he could be dragging…)
(gasp Rhiv? I apologize)
Tseth: He looks at Parvus, and follows him into the bushes. Oh, okay then.
Parvus: He’s tugging on a deer carcass, lashing his tail. He looks back up at Tseth and squawks again.
(speaking of which, here's your hourly Rhiv update-)
Rhiv: he sits down on a log in the shade. he's still just as lost as he's been for the past hours. good news is he's found that river, finally. bad news? the current could probably tear through a mountain, let alone anyone who tried to swim in it. well, shit. at the very least, Rhiv's finally cleaned up his hatchet. little victories are better than none, he supposes.

Tseth: He chuckles at Parvus. “Well, aren’t you a little killer.” He picks up the deer carcass, though he stared at it for a moment before he did. Usually they have more… plants on them. Right, this wasn’t his world. He looks at Parvus again before bringing the deer back through the bushes to the others.
Parvus: He hops a few times and flares his wings out, clearly proud of himself. He trots back to the others, chittering happily.
Resh: He looks over at Tseth as he brings over the deer carcass. “The little fuck killed that thing? Nice… glad he’s on our side, then.”

Salmook: he shudders. oh yeah… another dead thing. he's never really eaten that much game meat - besides fish, he supposes, but that's different. he sighs. he's not exactly in a position to be picky about what he's eating, and if he's really that upset then he can just starve. "Oh…"

(mild panic because I forgot to respond after being poked uh)
Tseth: He sets the deer down, taking out a sizeable knife and examining it. "Yeah, though it's not very surprising. He's already killed plenty of those cultists."
Resh: He shrugs. “Fair enough.”
Parvus: He hops around a bit, then trots over to Alex and pounces at his foot playfully. He looks up and chitters at him, flicking his tail.
(uuhh skip me, my brain isn't braining. just imagine Salmook internally screaming.)

Alex: He crouches down and looks at Parvus, smiling slightly. “Hey little guy. Uh- good job with the deer.”
Tseth: He looks around at everyone. “I’ll need to field dress it. So if you’re not all that good watching animal’s internal organs being cut out, you should probably look away.” He crouches down next to the deer carcass, turning it over to expose the stomach with a near-odd calmness.
Parvus: He squawks and trots in a circle around Alex, then bats at his hand again.
Juni: She makes a little ‘ugh’ noise, then looks over at Alex and Parvus.
Resh: He tilts his head and watches Tseth with morbid interest.
