Alex: “Resh said we weren’t too far from getting out, so probably.” He looks at Parvus curiously. “What is it?”

Tseth: It seems he actually took Alex’s advice, and is trying to get at least a few minutes of rest.

Parvus: He jumps down to the ground and starts playfully batting Alex’s hand.

Salmook: he huffs at Parvus and shakes his head. "He's been in a smacky mood for a long time."

Alex: He starts moving his hand around on the ground, moving it away somewhere else right before Parvus can get his hand. “Eh, I think he just wants to play this time.”

Parvus: He chitters at Alex again, then keeps trying to hit his hand.

Salmook: he yawns. "Doesn't Parvus ever get sleepy?" he shuffles around in his cloak. it's a little cooler than it was yesterday, and Salmook isn't fully used to it.

Alex: He tilts his head at Parvus. “He probably slept last night.”

Parvus: He hops and squawks at Alex, then pounces on his hand.

Salmook: he watches Parvus, thinking for a bit. now that someone's actually listening to him, it might be worth asking again. "What's for breakfast?" hopefully not mystery-berries again - Salmook is pretty hungry now that he thinks about it.

Alex: He smiles a bit at Parvus and then looks back up at Salmook. “That’s a good question. I’m not sure.” He glances around at the others. Maybe they’d have a suggestion.

Resh: He looks over at Alex, then shrugs. “Maybe Parvus can find something again. He seems to know the forest pretty well.” He pats the ground next to him and makes a short, sharp whistle, trying to catch the little dragon’s attention.

Parvus: He looks up when he hears Resh whistle, then trots over to him and tilts his head curiously.

Resh: He looks down at Parvus. “Hey, little guy. Think you can help us find some food?”

Parvus: He blinks a few times, then squawks and runs into the forest.

Salmook: he's caught off guard for a bit before he runs to catch up with Parvus.

Tseth: He quickly sits up when Resh whistles. He barely has enough time to process what’s happening before Salmook runs off after Parvus. He looks at Alex questioningly.

Alex: He shrugs at Tseth. “Don’t ask me.” He stands up and jogs to catch up with Salmook and Parvus.

Tseth: “Wha-“ He stands up, following Alex with a confused expression.

Resh: He stands up and follows Parvus, and makes the same whistle to Juni to make sure she follows.

Juni: She quickly stands up and follows Resh.

Parvus: He suddenly stops somewhere, sniffing around. He looks at the others for a split second, then runs off in another direction.

Salmook: he stops for a bit to catch his breath. running first thing in the morning is most definitely not something he's good at. "Parvus!" he yawns again and continues after Parvus, although he's a little slower than he was before.

Alex: He huffs as he follows Parvus. He was in agreement with Salmook. Following after Parvus just a bit after waking up wasn't his idea of a good time.

Parvus: He stops again and turns around, then huffs at everyone. It seems like he’s telling them to stay put. He turns back around and starts sniffing the air, then crouches down and stalks something in the trees.

Salmook: he groans. what now? he's gasping for air at this point, staying put and waiting for everyone else to catch up.

Alex: He catches up relatively fast, Tseth right behind him.

Resh: He stays a distance away from the group, Juni staying close to him.

Parvus: He starts growling, then sprints toward something out of the group’s field of vision.

Salmook: he looks over towards Resh. "What..? Did you tell him..? To do..?" he sits down, still very much out of breath

Tseth: He looks around, not saying anything. He stretches his arms out in front of him and yawns.

Resh: He tilts his head slightly. “I asked him to help us find some food, since he knows the forest best.”

Salmook: he nods. "I… I got that part… But did you ask him to run like a… like a…" he doesn't finish that sentence and takes a few slow, deep breaths instead. he wipes a few beads of sweat from his forehead.

Alex: He glances down at Salmook. He holds back a laugh at him. “Need to sit down kid?”
