(On the 50th anniversary of the Greatblaze, the Kingdoms celebrate… with a negotiation conference. The Kingdoms' leaders and a few early-risers are already at the meeting place: the ruins of the Oldest City. Terraglade-folk arrive via the new mainbridge between their Kingdom and the ruins, and Austream-folk drift over on their gliders. Marbrick-folk simply hike from their Kingdom, and Cascove-folk just seem to… appear.)
Tommahud:
The sun parted the clouds in the sky, warming the ruins of the Oldest City. It was… eerily similar to how the Greatblaze had been described to Tommad – before the whole "blaze" part, at least. He was trailing behind his family, dragging his feet. Negotiations were always BOR-RING. He grumbled to himself as they neared the cliffs. They'd be at the ruins in just a heartbeat.
Micalen:
There was an almost calming air around the ruins. Mica sighed, knowing it wouldn't last long. He'd come as early as he could, and there were already a few folks from the other Kingdoms milling about. He took note of the various outfits and emblems, trying to discern which Kingdoms had come. Marbrick, Austream, Terraglade… Cascove..? Really?
Maybe this negotiation meeting would be more interesting than Mica had thought…
