Chrys makes a face, pulling away. “Your body temperature-“

Rodya tilts his head, confused, looking down at himself as if it would show itself on his skin. “Uh. . .”

Chrys chuckles, smiling.

Rodya huffs, grumbling, his body tempeture eventually settling at 92ºf, average body tempeture for a human.

Chrys smiles warmly. “You’d blend in pretty well…” he hugs him, nuzzling close.

Rodya sighs, “Now you’re never going to let go of me. . .”

Chrys hums, “Nope…”

Rodya sighs and then turns in his arms, starting to walk away.

(He’s like, then I’ll just drag you around-)

Chrys grumbles, picking him up. “No.”

Rodya sighs, grumbling.

Chrys chuckles, “Where do you wanna go?”

Rodya sighs, “I can walk.”

Chrys laughs, setting him down. “Okay okay-“

Rodya smiles and then darts off.

Chrys yelps, chasing after him.

Rodya laughs, darting into a room and looking around it.

(grins)

Chrys yelps, “Wait-!”

The room was a very fancy looking bedroom, similar to Rodya’s, but still different. On the nightstand by the bed, there was a painted portrait of a woman.

Rodya looks over his shoulder moving into the room with a burst of speed, stopping by the painting, “Who’s this?” He asks, not touching it.

Chrys rushes in. “Um-“ he sighs, “she…was my first love…” He bites his lip.

Rodya looks at the painting, nodding slightly, “She’s pretty.” He smiles at Chrys.

(He’s not the jealous type. As long as the persons loyal to him, or at least honest, he’ll respect their past-)

(Mhm)

Chris blinks, “You’re- not mad…?”

Rodya shakes his head, “Why would I be?” He turns to Chrys, “You’re with me now, and I repeat your past. I. . . Had someone I loved once, but he. . . Well. . .” Rodya shakes his head, turning back around, silent.

Chrys blinks again. “Oh…” he walks over to him.

Rodya heaves a sigh, “He married someone else. Out of obligation. He was one of the kings stable men. Leo married another woman to save his family, I can’t really hate him for it. He died a few years ago in a freak accident with one of the kings horses.”

Chrys frowns, “I’m so sorry…”

Rodya sighs, looking back to the painting, silent for a moment, then turns back to Chrys with a bright smile.

(Me wondering how he can flash this breath taking smile while thinking of his dead ex-lover-)

Chrys sighs, then leans into him.

Rodya pulls him close, nuzzling into his neck.

Chrys hums, closing him eyes. “Mm…now I wish I could sleep…”

Rodya laughs softly, holding onto Chrys.
