Adam shuffled his legs to the beat of the music, but then decided that that was awkward. He started doing the Macarena, but soon realised that it was significantly more awkward, and went back to the leg shuffling.

Cyrin watches him, trying to stifle his laughter, “I said move your hips, not you legs—“

Adam rolled his eyes, smiling. "I'll look like a hula dancer."

“Do I look like a hula dancer to you?” Cyrin asks, still dancing slightly.

"No, but you're not a theatre kid who can only do kicklines and stuff."

Cyrin laughs, moving behind Adam, “Do you mind if I touch you? I’ll show you what I mean.”

"Go ahead."

Cyrin gently places his hands on Adam’s hips, moving them slightly, “Like this. . .” He murmurs softly, “With the beat of the music, don’t move your feet, and as you get comfortable, maybe move your arms.”

Adam followed Cyrin's lead. "Oh. Yeah, that makes sense."

Cyrin smiles slightly, “I know I takes sense. I’m a dancer, Adam.”

"Right."

He laughs softly, lingering for a moment before pulling his hands away.

"This is fun." Adam said after a few seconds of silence. (Well, definitely not silence- A few seconds of not talking)

Cyrin nods, smiling slightly.

Adam slowly started to get more confident and less awkward, because that's how it works. (I am very sleep deprived if you couldn't tell-)

He smiles at Adam, still dancing.

Adam smiled back, and started swaying back and forth slightly to the music.

Cyrin watches him, and then looks up at the ceiling for a moment.

(No idea what that is-)

Adam glanced up at the ceiling, then back at Cyrin. "From personal experience, I'd argue that the floor is more interesting than the ceiling."

Cyrin looks at him, laughing softly, “That’s a personal option, Adam.” He grins, “I like watching the lights.”

"I guess that's fun. They're a bit blinding though, don't you think?"

Cyrin shrugs, “Eh. . .”
