But he stops making his blind jokes - for now.

Lucas hesitates, “Sorry-“ He mumbles.

"No, I like it. I'm just curious." he smiles.

Lucas shifts slightly, “About what?” He looks at him.

"You." he says simply.

Lucas raises an eyebrow, “What about me?” He asks softly.

"Like, what your full name is. Where you come from. What you like and don't like. Literally anything and everything." he shrugs.

Lucas moves to an empty table, “Well. . . Lucas Rosenburg, first off. I come from a small town in West Sussex, but I moved to London when I was about. . . 9.” He leans back, “I like books and music. And I hate idiots who are literally stupid. Like the kind of stupid to touch the exhaust I’ve of a car right after they turned it off.” He grins, “That’s just the basics. You?”

"Tristan Luxen Gast. Yes, I know, very 'unique.'" he chuckles. "I'm originally from Pennsylvania but moved to Kansas at 3, around the time my dad lost his job because of an injury. I like food and working out. I hate broccoli, but I'll still eat it."

Lucas smiles slightly, “Ahh. . .” He sits down, “Broccoli? Really? I like broccoli.”

Tristan shudders. "I hate the texture, no matter how it's cooked. And celery. I love asparagus though."

“Asparagus?” Luc makes a face, “I can only eat the top.”

"Really?" he asks, surprised. "The best part may be the head, but the rest is honestly better if you cook it a certain way."

He shrugs, “Eh. . .”

"'Eh?'" he asks.

“I don’t even know!” He laughs softly, shaking his head slightly.

Tristan chuckles. "How can you not know?"

“I. . .” Lucas frowns slightly, thinking, “I really don’t know. . .” He grumbles, “Stop confusing me, it’s mean!”

"It's a simple question, though!" Tristan laughs.

Luc shakes his head, “I don’t care.” He huffs, “You Americans are always crazy and confusing.” He leans back in his seat.

"Oh, you don't even know the half of how crazy we can be. Just look at the news about Ohio and you'll understand." he grins.

Luc shakes his head, “Oh, God, no, I’m good.” He laughs softly, “I am perfectly fine.”

"Or Florida, or California. You'll see just how 'crazy' we Americans can get." he adds. r

Luc rolls his eyes, “No thank you.” He grumbles, “I’m perfectly fine dealing with one American, I don’t need to read about hundreds of them.“

Tristan chuckles.

"Oh, so I'm an exception?" he teases.

Luc nods, “Very much so. What, should I just brood in the dorm all the time? NAw, that’d be boring. I should build a tolerance to American’s and their craziness.”

Tristan grins.

"I'm bringing you to America for sightseeing next bchance I get. It's only fair, anyways. You're taking me to England."

“You want to see Stonehenge!” Lucas says, “I do not what to deal with the bullshit in America.”
