Kiibo seemed to understand the feeling that Kokichi had. It was a bit weird being back in his body after that time in the afterlife, and it had to have felt even weirder for Kokichi because he was a human before then. However, he was sure that he would adjust with time.
"You'll get used to it," he assured him softly. "Even I felt a bit strange coming back into this body, so I imagine it's only stranger for you. However, you'll get used to it. It'll be okay."
" I have to tell everything to move," he mumbled as he tried to walk
Iidabashi listened to Kokichi's complaints to make sure he could come up with an explanation. He was pretty sure that it was just him adjusting to everything. Once he was used to it, movement should be as natural as it used to be, but he knew that it could take a little while.
"It'll take a bit to adjust to your new body, but things will become more natural with time, I assure you," he told him softly. "There's not much to worry about."
Kokichi slowly walked over to Kiibo, wrapping his arms loosely around the other robot. "How did you live like this?"
Kiibo ended up pulling Kokichi into a hug after a moment so he could explain everything to him. He could understand why he was so confused about how he lived his entire life like that, but he was sure that he would adjust one day. He knew that everything would be okay with a bit of time.
"It takes a bit of getting used to, but eventually it'll feel like you're back in your normal body," he assured him softly. "Don't worry too much about it.I'm just glad to have you back."
"I'm glad to have you back as well.. "
Kiibo smiled softly as he continued to hold Kokichi close to him. He wasn't entirely sure why, but he simply felt happy to be with Kokichi at the time. He had already figured out that he cared about him, even going far enough to give him a second chance at life, but he didn't know why he felt happy just to be around him.
"Aww, that's sweet of you to say," he responded softly. "It's nice to see that you're working on being more honest with others, too."
Kokichi chuckled and kissed at Kiibo's jaw. He sighed softly and waited for the rejection
Kiibo blushed a lot when Kokichi kissed him, and he didn't really know how to respond. He was completely quiet, really, his face a bright red from the embarrassment. He certainly hadn't expected Kokichi to suddenly kiss his jaw like that, which left him completely unsure of how to respond. He seemed to be a bit happy, though, aside from heavily flustered.
"sorry.." Kokichi mumbled.. " I didn't get to tell you that night.."
Kiibo shook his head when Kokichi apologized. He really didn't think that he needed to apologize for anything, and he didn't even know that Kokichi liked him to begin with. He wasn't sure if he would have believed him back then, but he certainly believed him now, and he wanted him to know that he felt the same, but he was far too flustered to say anything, causing him to remain silent at the time.
Kokichi felt his body shutter, letting go as he felt his tears build.
Kiibo appeared to be confused when he felt Kokichi let go of him, and that turned into concern when he realized that the other was about to cry. He didn't know what was going on, but he wanted to help him. He really didn't want to see the other upset, although he wasn't sure if he'd know how to help him. Either way, he was going to try his best.
"Ouma-kun?" he asked softly. "What's wrong?"
"i- I kissed you and you stayed silent and- and I made you mad.." he mumbled
Kiibo immediately shook his head when Kokichi said that he made him mad. He didn't even do anything close, although he was right about his silence. However, that was due to the sudden kiss leaving him flustered and completely speechless. It had nothing to do with anger, and he would assure him of that.
"You didn't anger me, though," he assured him. "I was silent, yes, but I was at a loss for words. It was sudden and caught me off guard, but I'm not mad about it." There was a brief pause before he made his next statement. "I-I, um, I guess I should tell you something… Is that okay…?"
"y..yeah.." Kokichi mumbled, still preparing for rejection
Kiibo was a bit concerned by Kokichi's behavior, as it was uncharacteristic for him to seem so sad, but he had to prepare himself for what he was about to ask. He thought about it for a moment before he momentarily looked away. Maintaining eye contact throughout the interaction would certainly be difficult, and he could feel his blush deepen a bit, but he had to ask.
"U-um…this…um…it may…it may sound weird…but," he paused, hesitating, "but I…I like you…okay…? I like you…a lot… I-I, um, I think…I love you…? I-I'm not sure… I've never…felt this way…before…"
Kokichi looked up quickly "really?!" He asked happily
Kiibo nodded in response, although he had gone silent again. It seemed like he was a bit too embarrassed to fully function, but he would calm down in a few minutes, so it was nothing to worry about. He just needed to take a moment to process everything and hope that everything would work out.
Kokichi noticed Kiibo's overwhelmed feeling. So he hugged him again, and the phantom feeling of wings around Kiibo braced the robots skin.
Kiibo hugged Kokichi back, and he thankfully began to calm down as they stayed in the hug. Of course, he had only been embarrassed due to suddenly confessing his feelings, but the feeling had been rather overwhelming, so he was glad to calm down. He seemed to be happy in the hug as well, which was a good thing.
" thank you Kiibo, for everything.."
Kiibo really wasn't sure why Kokichi was thanking him for everything. Sure, he had given him a second chance at life by giving him a new body so he could return from the afterlife, but he didn't think that he needed to be thanked for that. He just wanted to help his friend, all things considered.
"You…don't need to thank me…" he responded after a moment. "I just wanted to help you out, really… You deserved a second chance, and I'm glad to have you here…"
Kokichi chuckled, his voice weak.
He was crying..
Kiibo was a bit concerned when he realized that Kokichi was crying, as he didn't know why he was. He was worried that he said something to upset him without meaning to, although he didn't know what he would've said that would cause such a reaction. He really did hope that everything was alright, though.
"Are you alright?" he asked softly. "You're crying… If I upset you, I'm sorry…"
"you didn't do it kiiboy, I'm just happy.."
Kiibo smiled a bit when he realized that Kokichi was happy. He was glad to hear that he hadn't upset him and that his friend was actually happy. Maybe he was happy to be with him as well? He didn't know, but the idea of that made him happy. He thought that Kokichi deserved to be happy as well.
"Aww, I'm glad," he responded softly. "I'm glad that you're happy."
"so, what now kiiboy?"
Kiibo shrugged in response to Kokichi's question. He didn't really know what to do now that he and Kokichi were back in the real world, but he was happy to be with him. However, at the time, he was out of ideas for things that they could do at the time.
