Félix looked away from Henri. A feeling of regret flowed into his mind. He could already tell just by the way the crown prince tensed or the tone in his voice. Sure it was rather bleak before, but there was some hint of gentleness to it. Now there's just gloom, and he knows that it is his fault. "Right…" He nodded. His eyes focused on the two buildings nearby.
"So there's the Acer House which all the boys at then next to it is the Benigne House with the girls. A lot of students sneak out after curfew, sometimes going into the other house or another. They have parties in the basements every now and then. Curfew's at 11, they lock the entrance doors so that's why everyone goes through the windows."
As they got to the entrance of Acer, he shoved his lanyard into his pocket then opened the door. "You are room 110. Usually people in our grade have a roommate, but you get the whole room by yourself." He looked over at Henri, trying to offer a hopeful smile, even though he pondered his efforts.
This won't go on for any longer though. Once they get to Henri's room, it's over and he can go back to class. So much for not being able to go back to sleep. If only he could have saved the adrenaline for football practice later.
Both houses look like any other you would see really. The insides were just renovated to house students. Félix has only go into them a few times, and the two out of three were because of today. No one needed keys to get in or out of rooms, unless someone locked it from the inside.
Passing by rooms, he watched for the numbers on the little signs by the doors till he found 110. "Well…here it is." He shrugged. Holding the first-aid kit out, his eyes looked down at the floor. "Sorry for being a bother. I hope you get some rest and see you later at lunch, if you're coming." Félix tried to smile. If it was working, well, it was faint and awkward. Believe him, he is trying, but he is confused.
